It's not possible to get through, they don't pick up the phone, apparently they drink tea, in general, I think if it's written around the clock, then they should answer the calls, I've been calling for 2 hours, but apparently everyone has coffee time, nothing good,we're looking for a person in hospitals, and here's the situation, they just don't pick up the phone,it's just terrible and arbitrary, and I will duplicate and supplement this comment every day!!!
