I sincerely thank the staff of the gynecology department for your professionalism. I wish you happiness, health and all the best. A very good hospital, all the specialists are masters of their craft. Aerobatics!!!
The only thing I didn't like was the rude and nervous woman at the reception desk. I left an unpleasant impression for a long time (((
Hello! Dear Dos Nukenovich, I am writing to you with deep gratitude for your professional help and care provided during my father's stay in the hospital. Your efforts, skill and dedication to your work are invaluable. You saved his life by performing a complex operation that required a lot of effort, patience and professionalism from you.
Your team worked as a whole, each of you contributed to his recovery.
I want to express my gratitude to each of you personally. You don't just treat people; you save lives.
Thank you for your dedication, professionalism and humanity. You have proved that medicine is not only a science, but also an art that requires a deep understanding of a person and his body. Your work inspires and gives hope for a better future for all of us.
It's not possible to get through, they don't pick up the phone, apparently they drink tea, in general, I think if it's written around the clock, then they should answer the calls, I've been calling for 2 hours, but apparently everyone has coffee time, nothing good,we're looking for a person in hospitals, and here's the situation, they just don't pick up the phone,it's just terrible and arbitrary, and I will duplicate and supplement this comment every day!!!
Not by hearsay, I've been there many times. This is a hellish place. It's better not to get there!!!Emergency room - it is difficult to distinguish who is a doctor, who is a nurse.Without dressing gowns, in black sweatshirts, shaggy girls with a phonendoscope around their necks. Slowly, you can sit in a wheelchair and die, pretending to work. Then they drag you around for all kinds of research and then they ask, will you go to bed????.What is this all about???I think a doctor should assess a patient's condition, don't you???Next, the cardio department 2. The boorish attitude of the nurses to helpless patients, insults. There are 7 people in the wards, the heat, care and attention to the patients are ZERO! The head of the department does not know that the patient fell into a stupor and lies unattended for half a day until relatives came and sounded the alarm. Lunch- the nurse came to the threshold of the ward, threw a cry, who managed to eat. Those who were on an IV drip stayed hungry. We tried to call the doctor on duty, the answer is that I have no time, I am busy with other things. Nurses don't do anything good except for hematomas. There is a separate topic about the entourage, dirty mattresses, pillows, and linen in general will fly away! The treatment does not change for 10 days, as it is the same for everyone. You can write a lot more, and I think everything is clear. Good health to all!!
Doctors suffer from Star disease, they treat the patient incorrectly, especially the doctors at the reception come with both hands in their pockets to look at the disease, no ethics nor ontology
It's very big. A lot of empty space. The stroke center is stuffy. The staff is not up to par. There used to be sisters of mercy. And now there's not even a hint of mercy.
I got into the BSMP with a fracture. Starting from the emergency room and ending with the Department of traumatology, I really liked everything. The staff is wonderful, from the orderlies to the doctors.
Many thanks to the doctors of the surgical department for saving people's lives, to the nurses and orderlies for the careful care of bedridden patients, thank you very much!
It is difficult to name an ambulance hospital.
I had to wait a long time everywhere, both in the waiting room AND AT the ultrasound - and the doctor)
It was very bad, I wanted to lie down)
There were no conditions)
The staff is polite
This hospital smells of death, my father had a stroke, was kicked out, now he is no longer there, my husband had a heart attack, as they did not see it, the man had a blood pressure of 220, they did not take us, sent us home, and urgently operated in the regional hospital, thanks to Zurikanov. Sorry, but this BSMP I have a lot of negative sediment.
A terrible attitude, no one cares, they brought you in an ambulance, you wait in some scary room for a certain time, there is no question of any medical help
Very good therapists. Especially in the emergency room. They are always treated with warmth and respect. And I'm a frequent guest. As it happens, I urgently ask for help. And the nurse did well.
Just a terrible hospital!
Firstly, the outside is like new, but inside is very old as in the 70s. HORROR!
Secondly, doctors and nurses treat and serve patients very badly. Even those who have undergone severe surgery after a stroke..
Thirdly, I suspect that nurses substitute expensive medications that are inserted into a drip for 30-40 thousand for cheap ones. Shame!
Fourth, surgeons are very young and inexperienced. What is it? Why are surgical operations not taken so seriously? This means only one thing: they don't care about human health.
And I will add that this hospital has killed people more than once. Just A TERRIBLE hospital! The regional one seems better even then.
None of us likes to be sick. There, in the hospital world, with wide corridors and the smell of medicines, all people are divided into us: suffering, scared, longing aliens and them: mysterious celestials in white and colored uniforms who know something about us that gives them the right to talk about our future. We are often unfair to them, capricious and petty. But when two frail nurses run past me on a gurney, and a young doctor hurries next to me, I understand: they are not heavenly beings. They are warriors, their colored uniforms and white coats are armor in the constant battle for our lives.
A very sad story happened here in my life.... I hope that the doctors were sincere with me and did everything possible to save my mom, who died here on March 07, 2023.... Because she and I came here for help, and two days later she was gone.... Let other patients here be helped and cured..... I ask my relatives to check all the information that the doctors convey, to demand clarification on the treatment, to present the results of tests, examinations, CT, MRI... I relied on doctors, I always trusted people in white coats.... But such a grief happened in my family...
It is impossible to get information about the patient by phone. It's easier to get through to Germany! The mobile is not turned off, but no one answers the calls. My husband was operated on in the morning, I came, I was in intensive care. I can't stop by in the evening, 2 small children, we live on the Left Bank. You'll be crazy with worry until morning.
A cool hospital, convenient access and excellent staff, that's just the quarantine, so far since covid, it is not possible to help or drug your native patient
I've only been there once and I absolutely didn't like it. If there is a central entrance, why is it closed? Somehow I found which side to enter from.. And you can get lost in the building itself..
The staff is qualified, and professors from the medical university are also involved in the treatment.
The relationship is mutual, if the patient is polite and well-mannered, he will be treated the same way.
It is located far from the center, many people get to injuries. This is problematic.
There are paid services, the list can be found in the lobby on the ground floor.
I have some kind of bad feeling from this hospital, my wife died there and I remember what attitude to patients, in short, for them people are like worms, they all seem soulless there. In short, I don't like this hospital.
There is no way to get any information on the phone at all, the numbers given on the websites turn out to be either the numbers of other departments of the hospital, i.e. not those that you need to contact, or you, when asked to give the number of the desired department, are given a number that does not exist at all or does not answer. And the employees who answer the phone talk to you in an irritated tone, saying that they don't know any numbers at all, and then they hang up! How can you not know, not ask, as if you don't work there? Is it difficult to tear your ass off the chair? Or reach for a mobile phone, contact someone, find out the number? There is no way out - you take time off from work, go to the other side of the city for an hour to STUPIDLY ASK SOMETHING! And when you come directly to the hospital to find out about the patient's condition, they yell at you - WHY DON'T YOU FIND OUT ANYTHING, DON'T CALL! Yes, because you are inhumans there. That's all.
Well, what can I say...The hospital building is new, modern, and huge. I did not have to become a patient, which I am very happy to inform you about. But I had to take my relative to the emergency room. They were accepted quickly, promptly, and with knowledge of the matter. But when it came time to take tests, we faced the 18th century. It wasn't thought out at all.It was very bad with this moment. We got to the trauma doctor.A young doctor examined my relative very competently and amicably, prescribed all the necessary procedures. I am delighted with such a doctor. I wish I could remember his name. But during the additional movements in the reception department, I was somewhat shocked...almost all the staff went back and forth and chatted on their phones. Obviously not for work. This is not related to the human pain of people who got here by chance. And yet, when I tried to call from home and find out about my patient's condition in the evening, it became completely impossible. It feels like she's in a concentration camp. Why is the help desk not working???
The feeling that the staff does not know their responsibilities . There is no teamwork. And there is no discipline. Everyone is for themselves and on their own.
Terrible service, especially if you are a fat person, then no one needs you, they don't take you for an MRI scan because of your weight, they don't take you for surgery for the same reason. It's like you're the only complete person in this city. There is a refusal everywhere. How to live on, who should I get treatment from? They even refuse to accept it for a fee, although I have been paying medical insurance for the third year.
