I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctor of the neurological department, Kim Ilya Evgenievich, for his professionalism. The doctor has not only high professional qualities, but also captivates with attention and a good human attitude. Good luck to you, dear doctor, and further success.
There is an excellent trauma center at the hospital.
Even at night there is not a big queue, and the staff is generally excellent. They will examine you, take an X-ray, provide first aid, and recommend painkillers. They will send you to the right specialist. They will issue all the necessary documents.
I was satisfied. If you already have to apply, see the work schedule.
After 19, the entrance is from the courtyard.
Thanks to the doctors and the hospital staff, they fixed and treated, the quality of life has improved, it has become much better, I will try to improve my performance and adhere to the recommendations of doctors. I really needed help, they really helped. Thanks.. Resuscitation is a separate respect ! What are the nurses and nurses worried about the shift ?..That's something... It 's just beyond words ...One thing I didn't understand was what alcoholics were doing there...
Of course, the team is doing everything possible that depends on them, but there are still moments in this hospital in which the "Soviet Union" remained, in cardiology on the 3rd floor there is not even a couch on wheels that would be adjusted in height, the beds are low in the wards, and the couch is 50 centimeters higher than the bed, so you have to honey.the person should "tear their bellies" by lifting and lowering bedridden patients, which is fraught with the loss of already poor health in patients. The number of toilets for such a number of patients is small.
5 stars for a few moments in this hospital.
Most recently, in the 1st surgery, my "ass" was saved, in the sense, I think, my life. 5 days of nightmare at home: terrible abdominal pain. I will keep silent about nausea, fever, high blood pressure, vomiting and weakness up to seven posts. At the same time, on the 1st day, a doctor is called to the house, and in the next three days, an ambulance is called twice. Thanks to the second ambulance, I was able to go to the clinic on the 4th day and get tested. On the 5th day, there was an appointment with a therapist on sick leave. I have already turned to the head. After conducting an examination at the polyclinic, I was sent to the hospital. They operated at the hospital. It turned out to be acute appendicitis, and as I realized, it was already purulent. I am grateful to everyone in the 1st surgery department! To the doctors who took part in me, the nurses, the nurses. There was no rudeness, rudeness or indifference. Perhaps it depends not only on the staff, but also on the patients.
Thank you all!
At the same time, I will write a review about neurology, where my mother had a stroke at the end of 2017. Yes, I had to take a long vacation at work and stay in the ward with my mother from morning to evening. And I am very grateful to the nurses who taught me a lot there. After all, this experience helped me not only with my mother, but I also had to take care of my sick bedridden husband for almost 3 years. I perceive personal difficulties as a life experience.
Wonderful doctors and all the staff. Many thanks to the trauma surgeons Perepelitsin and Semashko for the high-quality operations performed and to the head of the department of traumatology Tsarev for the attentive and very friendly attitude towards patients.
Disgusting hospital!!! They brought a recumbent person in a serious condition, there are no questions in terms of examination, everything is fast and clear, but in terms of staff and service, it's just darkness.... Beds are not designed for recumbents, etc. I sent my father lying there after a stroke: firstly, the boorish attitude of the staff, secondly, the boorish and exalted attitude of doctors, unfortunately, who had just graduated from university, the result of this is one .... Death..... I nursed my father after a stroke for half a year in the former railway hospital where doctors are fighting for the life of every patient, but as soon as he got to Lenin for 3 days and I don't have a father ... DECIDE FOR YOURSELF!!!!
I applied for a planned operation to the head of surgery 1, Pavel Petrovich Vepshkovsky, immediately gave me a referral, and operated on myself. Everything was on top, the whole medical staff was super. I bow low to you, people in white coats. Sincerely, Oksana Alexandrovna Tarasyuk.
The most terrible hospital I've ever seen and known. Grandfather was already lying with a third stroke there in the neurological department, he was already lying down, did not talk, did not see, only heard a little. Grandma went to see him every day, just like me. They didn't give a pass for a week, and a week later they went through the head and gave it, and then every 12 days they went for an extension, and then they just didn't extend it. As if they were waiting for something. Boorish attitude. There was no care for him, so they also fed him a couple of spoons through a probe, instead of 300-350g as it should be. Diapers were rarely changed, they were not turned over, bedsores appeared so quickly that it was as if they had not touched it at all. Apparently, when an elderly person is in such a state, they just score, and do nothing, and wait for one outcome. In front of the grandfather himself, they said such unpleasant words as (wait for one outcome, he has a one-way road). Well, how can you say that in front of a sick person who hears, my grandfather already cried from these words.
In general, the grandfather died in this hospital ....
The conclusion is one, complain above about this hospital and the staff! God forbid you get in touch with this hospital. DOCTORS' words have long been devalued.
You rarely meet good doctors.
A complaint to all authorities about them!
I won't speak for the whole hospital, but I'll tell you the truth. There is no attitude towards patients, and if you are lying down, it is better to die at home
My mother had a stroke.
He is lying in the ward, there is no fresh air, the window does not open, you can suffocate in the ward from lack of oxygen, 6 people are lying in the ward - the heat is unbearable in the ward, there is no patient care.
Attention!!!!
Mom asked the nurse to get a towel from the bedside table to wipe it, and the nurse cursed her.
IF you pay the nurses separately, they will somehow take care of the client.
Access mode!
This is a madhouse.
Every working person's job is different! To get to a native patient , you need some kind of pass that is not clear , some kind of nonsense
It's not a hospital, it's some kind of madhouse.
The Hospital of Death and Corruption.
I was in traumatology, the staff is good, they know their job from top to bottom, the food is good against the background of most hospitals, but... it's better not to get there at all)
I have never seen such a disregard for patients as here. Doctors, nurses are rude and don't care. If you get to this hospital by ambulance, then they will forget about you and you will wait for an hour or even more, it is unclear what. And if you wait on the couch in the ward, then you will be very lucky, because if a homeless drunk is brought to the department, the aroma of which will turn inside out not only the patient, but also a healthy visitor, then you will have to wait in the corridor in a wheelchair. Any question will either be ignored or shrugged. No one knows anything, no one needs you here. And doctors, instead of helping the sick, will pace the corridors from office to office and discuss that very homeless man. This is, of course, much more interesting than you and your problems. The competence of doctors is also a big issue (neurology). Doctors of other healthcare institutions do not trust the "notes" that we came with after the hospital. All in all, it was my worst experience in the hospital.
Great hospital! I wanted to do an MRI scan of the city for 1.5-2 months.( And then I left my data as a willing person and the next day I got a call saying that the person refused and there is a window" I immediately agreed!!! So they worked out clearly! With these huge queues. I came clearly according to the time I was told and I had an MRI + as a result, the doctor deciphered the result!!! I recommend
I happened to be there as a visitor, and now as a patient. It's a very depressing sight. I didn't like the food very much, and I also had questions about the daily allowance. The staff and attending doctors support the patients as best they can, but they cannot maintain and repair the hospital. Everything is left somewhere in the scoop and nothing changes. There are no showers, something like a buffet is such a feeling in the former morgue under the building. In general, I am very saddened by this state of affairs.
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the head of the second surgical department, Vladimir Petrovich Tereshchuk, as well as to the nurses of this department for their kindness, professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness.
I was admitted with acute pain in my right side on 05/04/2022, I would really like to know the name of the surgeon who was on duty that night! I want to write my NEGATIVE REVIEW about one surgeon of the first surgical department. After all the tests, appendicitis and stones were suspected .. the pain was wild, one injection, the second. Then this doctor, a young surgeon, asks: "What is your attitude to pain?" As if all night I just wanted to pretend that I was in pain.by the way, before that, a very nice young Doctor did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, and noted that a cyst near the uterus is possible. But that doctor said she was incompetent. However, she was in the right direction. In general, this doctor tormented me all night, asked uncomfortable questions, I went to wake him up at night in the middle of the night from severe pain, and HE JUST SLEPT in the resident's room. He just wanted to wait out the shift, which he did, another doctor operated on me in the morning. The bottom line is, as a result, I had a complicated gynecological operation, and if this doctor had operated on me right away at night and did not sleep, the right organ could have been saved for me. I hope that this review will be read and some measures will be taken in relation to this doctor. Yes, nurses are 80% rude and wild! Especially a young one named Dana, managed to bark at me when I lay down with great pain on the operating table, not being able to! What can not be said about the nurses, they help after the operation, they are attentive, they are not rude.
Many thanks to Yulia Vladimirovna Kalinina for her professionalism, attentiveness and kind attitude towards patients. I wish there were more such Doctors with a capital letter!
There was repeatedly a terrible attitude of the staff, well, in some departments even less, but in general it turned from the best hospital to the worst, after that it looks like they won't treat me there anymore and they didn't want to go to bed, but now....
I don't know about the other departments, but! I looked and saw what the attitude of doctors and attending physicians who cannot say what and what diagnosis the patient has, I will not name him, he is bald with glasses 2 surgery.I always thought that surgeons were Gods and they were all doctors
My father-in-law was lying before the new year. The operation was performed, the care is good, the staff is qualified. They put me on my feet in 2 weeks and went home
What kind of doctors and nurses are attentive and understanding. I want to thank them all. And one-Natalia Adamovna, I made an offer to be my wife, and she agreed. I couldn't , fool, record her phone number. If anyone can give her mts 33 3184450. Vasya.
In this case, it's not about the place, who works there.Wonderful doctors and nurses who know their purpose. And we help them as much as we can.Nurses, corridors, etc., as our head, junior medical staff correctly says.
In relation to patients, nurses and nurses are a weak three... It's a very unpleasant impression... But doctors are not five, but ten stars. Carefully, professionally. Nothing superfluous. Many thanks to the trauma department.
It was in 1 hr. the department. For the nurses of this department, being rude and snapping is common, the attitude towards patients is terrible, they show amazing indifference, they are negligent about their duties. I understand that the work is difficult and everything happens, but this is not an isolated case. But nurses should be given credit for taking good care of patients after operations. The equipment of the department leaves much to be desired: torn shirts for surgery, springs sticking out of mattresses, leaky bed linen, and I quote "pillows in short supply." Don't expect a peaceful recovery here!
The cholatic attitude towards patients, the mess in the neurology department.Nurses are rude and irresponsible. The head of neurology is very unpleasant and completely incompetent!!!
I didn't like this place. The impression is that the recruitment was "recruiting shitty and even worse.".. just a negative opinion.
I have a relative here who was quietly thrown into another hospital without a call or warning-that's not how things are done!!! There is not even a connection with the post in the bedridden ward-sorry, but this is just the bottom.
Everyone can get into a situation where... or... or. And then there is no way without this institution ... And although not EVERYTHING is perfect here, but doctors work, perform their professional duties. Although not always 100%. They're human...
My opinion is based on personal experience: the competence of doctors does not allow to establish the correct diagnosis, and maybe the reluctance to do so, which leads to fatal outcomes. Therefore, I cannot call them professionals, and I am also disappointed by the purely human attitude towards people, this concerns Oleg Vasilyevich Chilievich, 1 surgery.
I came to the emergency room yesterday with a suspicion of a Closed TBI, they sent me to undergo a CT scan, I go into the office, with all the politeness I am capable of, and the queen is sitting there and starts screaming from the threshold, behaving inappropriately, threatening, stomping her legs, in short, I almost had to do 50 injections in the stomach from rabies, from such a reception at the alleged doctor's
I applied electronically to this institution for clarification in connection with the death of my dad in surgery 1. They sent me a reply without even bothering to check the facts. And here it is appropriate to say - the fish rots from the head.
