Most recently, in the 1st surgery, my "ass" was saved, in the sense, I think, my life. 5 days of nightmare at home: terrible abdominal pain. I will keep silent about nausea, fever, high blood pressure, vomiting and weakness up to seven posts. At the same time, on the 1st day, a doctor is called to the house, and in the next three days, an ambulance is called twice. Thanks to the second ambulance, I was able to go to the clinic on the 4th day and get tested. On the 5th day, there was an appointment with a therapist on sick leave. I have already turned to the head. After conducting an examination at the polyclinic, I was sent to the hospital. They operated at the hospital. It turned out to be acute appendicitis, and as I realized, it was already purulent. I am grateful to everyone in the 1st surgery department! To the doctors who took part in me, the nurses, the nurses. There was no rudeness, rudeness or indifference. Perhaps it depends not only on the staff, but also on the patients.

Yes, I had to take a long vacation at work and stay in the ward with my mother from morning to evening. And I am very grateful to the nurses who taught me a lot there. The most terrible hospital I've ever seen and known. Grandfather was already lying with a third stroke there in the neurological department, he was already lying down, did not talk, did not see, only heard a little. Grandma went to see him every day, just like me. They didn't give a pass for a week, and a week later they went through the head and gave it, and then every 12 days they went for an extension, and then they just didn't extend it. As if they were waiting for something. Boorish attitude. There was no care for him, so they also fed him a couple of spoons through a probe, instead of 300-350g as it should be. Diapers were rarely changed, they were not turned over, bedsores appeared so quickly that it was as if they had not touched it at all. Apparently, when an elderly person is in such a state, they just score, and do nothing, and wait for one outcome. In front of the grandfather himself, they said such unpleasant words as (wait for one outcome, he has a one-way road). Well, how can you say that in front of a sick person who hears, my grandfather already cried from these words.
In general, the grandfather died in this hospital ....
The conclusion is one, complain above about this hospital and the staff! God forbid you get in touch with this hospital. DOCTORS' words have long been devalued.
You rarely meet good doctors.

I have never seen such a disregard for patients as here. Doctors, nurses are rude and don't care. If you get to this hospital by ambulance, then they will forget about you and you will wait for an hour or even more, it is unclear what. And if you wait on the couch in the ward, then you will be very lucky, because if a homeless drunk is brought to the department, the aroma of which will turn inside out not only the patient, but also a healthy visitor, then you will have to wait in the corridor in a wheelchair. Any question will either be ignored or shrugged. No one knows anything, no one needs you here. And doctors, instead of helping the sick, will pace the corridors from office to office and discuss that very homeless man. This is, of course, much more interesting than you and your problems. The competence of doctors is also a big issue (neurology). Doctors of other healthcare institutions do not trust the "notes" that we came with after the hospital. All in all, it was my worst experience in the hospital.

I want to write my NEGATIVE REVIEW about one surgeon of the first surgical department. After all the tests, appendicitis and stones were suspected .. the pain was wild, one injection, the second. Then this doctor, a young surgeon, asks: "What is your attitude to pain?" As if all night I just wanted to pretend that I was in pain.by the way, before that, a very nice young Doctor did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, and noted that a cyst near the uterus is possible. But that doctor said she was incompetent. However, she was in the right direction. In general, this doctor tormented me all night, asked uncomfortable questions, I went to wake him up at night in the middle of the night from severe pain, and HE JUST SLEPT in the resident's room. He just wanted to wait out the shift, which he did, another doctor operated on me in the morning. The bottom line is, as a result, I had a complicated gynecological operation, and if this doctor had operated on me right away at night and did not sleep, the right organ could have been saved for me. I hope that this review will be read and some measures will be taken in relation to this doctor. Yes, nurses are 80% rude and wild! Especially a young one named Dana, managed to bark at me when I lay down with great pain on the operating table, not being able to! What can not be said about the nurses, they help after the operation,they are attentive, they are not rude.

For the nurses of this department, being rude and snapping is common, the attitude towards patients is terrible, they show amazing indifference, they are negligent about their duties. I understand that the work is difficult and everything happens, but this is not an isolated case. But nurses should be given credit for taking good care of patients after operations. The equipment of the department leaves much to be desired: torn shirts for surgery, springs sticking out of mattresses, leaky bed linen, and I quote "pillows in short supply."
