The doctor was negligent, did not explain how to take care of the damage, did not recommend painkillers, although she asked, the answer was "drink, who is bothering you!", put on a patch, did not treat, did not ask about the state of health (temperature 38) and sent home. Plus, there was obvious bias from other health workers in his office: sideways glances, rolling your eyes, sarcastic statements, apparently they thought that I came from a rally. Well, the main thing is that the doctor did not forget to put on a “golden” ring and watch, but he forgot how to provide first aid ...
I would put -5, even 1 stars are not worthy.

It's a disgusting place, but unfortunately nowhere without it. 06/17/20 at about 11.40 a.m., my mother, born in 39, was brought in by ambulance. With acute abdominal pain, vomiting and blood pressure exceeding 200. And they were kept in the emergency room for up to 15 hours. At 14 o'clock, the question "where is the doctor" was answered "wait". The acute pain has not been relieved. After asking for a book of comments and suggestions, a certain lady in a mask came and said, "Everything is fine, we are hospitalizing now." We replied, "We are waiting." Until 15 o'clock, again a complete "ignore the patient". I remind you: the old woman is moaning, she is sick, thank God the pressure has dropped, and that's thanks to the girls from the ambulance who put an IV. Unfortunately, we still had to make an entry in the "book of suggestions and comments", after which, again, we were admitted to the cardiology department.
Due to our advanced age, we often have to visit hospitals, but we have never seen such indifference on the part of the staff towards the elderly. How can a hospital be called an ambulance when you are being "tortured" in the emergency department for almost 4 hours?
Very good and professional doctors, attentive and helpful staff. The conditions, of course, are our way, but there's nothing you can do about it. The only thing that confuses is the abundance of "bums". I understand that there is nowhere to put them, but ordinary people can be pitied - the smell, dirt, etc.
The admissions office is terrible, I personally almost gave my soul to God. And in neurology, medical staff, in particular nurses and, especially, nurses, treat elderly stroke patients, especially those whose relatives cannot pay for good care, boorish, and sometimes just cruel. This is not gossip, I was a witness myself as a repeated patient of this department.Sorry.
Upon admission for tests on a paid basis, in another way to get a queue for tests with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, it is not possible in the Republic of Belarus to accompany a well-trained nurse to the department, who eventually got lost herself and drove like Moses through the departments. If you pay, there are no queues . Then why do I pay taxes?
It's a good clinic. There are many competent and responsible doctors and nurses. Work day and night. It's hard work and the pay is low. Even now, when receiving patients with coronavirus, employees do not receive any additional payments.
I came here with renal colic while on a tourist trip. I'm from Russia. They brought me by ambulance. Yes, I had to wait, of course. But there are just a lot of patients in the waiting room! And they continuously bring new sufferers. The staff is wonderful. Everything is clear and as fast as possible. The doctors are very competent. I have the most positive impressions!
We were with the child in the burn((( medical staff as fairies and wizards found an approach to children of any age. Thank you very much and bow low to them
My husband broke his leg, the ambulance provided first aid and brought us to this hospital'I was amazed by the efficiency of the doctor 'took off 'then they collected the bone from small parts 'plaster 'in general 'did not have time to come to myself 'my husband was taken out on a satisfied chair'in general, thanks a lot 'is already running
The renovation is fresh. The attitude of the staff at the initial reception of the wife, immobilized after a stroke - no one runs, does not rush like in the movies.A person is lying unattended. - Maybe he has a brain hemorrhage and in half an hour he will become a vegetable. He shouted- they took him for diagnosis. If there are no relatives, there is no one to transfer from the gurney to the MRI machine, the diagnostician said - I am not a loader. But you're not a doctor either, imho.
I asked for help with alcohol intoxication and I was immediately admitted to the department. They immediately came running with an IV. In general, it is really an ambulance. They saved me from death.
I didn't lie there, thank God, but I go there periodically. Friendly reception staff. Nowadays, as far as I know, the vopchi are working hard, for which I thank them VERY MUCH!!!
Assistance was provided, to put it mildly, not in full. I have been prescribed medications that are contraindicated for me.
Upon repeated treatment, the doctor again did not ask what medications I was taking.
The doctors are just great! All to the awards. It is a pity that many do not appreciate them during their lifetime. The hospital has been repaired. The wards are just cozy. At least it's not a house. But well done!!!!!
In the department of neurosurgery, measuring blood pressure is a big problem, an even bigger problem with intramuscular injections prescribed by a polyclinic doctor
Doctors allow rudeness in dealing with patients. You can get some answers to questions and a normal relationship only after calling the hotline. The food is normal.
The attitude towards patients and relatives is terrible. Mom was brought in by ambulance twice a day. Without taking all the tests. The next day, my mother went to the intensive care unit. How can you treat it like that.?
You'll be patched up and patched up here. They will make a joke with a special medical humor.
Sometimes you can wait a very long time for your turn, especially if you don't pour blood into the corridor and don't scream:(
3 Here they are doing their best in terms of honey. services available to ordinary citizens in the conditions provided by our budget. I have never seen rudeness and apparent indifference on the part of the staff. I express my gratitude to all the staff of the hospital!
