The story began with the fact that I needed to remove tooth 8 in the direction of the orthadont, according to a simple "wisdom tooth " that did not "erupt", in principle it did not grow smoothly, and sat in this position. I went to the district polyclinic by registration, as this is a difficult removal, I was prescribed a referral to this hospital. On Friday, 21.06, I arrived there at 10.30, no one was in the office, after about 20 minutes the nurses returned, I understood from lunch, with empty containers. They took my referral and a picture, told me to expect, the doctor left. I waited like that for about 40 more minutes. The doctor did not show up, the nurse suggested that I not waste time and drive up on Monday, having previously called. Which I did, because I have a lot of free time. After looking at the direction and the picture, the doctor said that there was nothing complicated here, so that I could justify my direction, it was supposedly not a difficult removal at all and went back to the clinic. But he added that if I was not accepted there again, I would go to Mogilev for removal. The doctor showed rudeness and rudeness in communicating with me. She used inappropriate and insulting expressions in communication with me, spoke in a rude tone. I didn't see personal boundaries, communicating on "you"
As soon as the doctor went into the examination room, she made a claim regarding my late arrival with the quote "Well, why did you come so late, couldn't you come earlier?". The doctor did not fulfill her professional duties, did not ask a single question about my symptoms and condition and did not conduct the necessary research. She did not provide me with the necessary information about my state of health. This incident dealt a severe blow to my psychological state. As a result, I left the emergency department of this hospital with tears in my eyes and a temperature of 38.7. This is a serious violation of my rights.
I believe that such behavior of a doctor is absolutely unacceptable and violates the basic principles of ethics of medical practice. I expected to receive professional and respectful service, but instead I was faced with rudeness and disrespect.

Since childhood, I have had positive impressions about the hospital. The children's gastro was at the highest level, as in a sanatorium, good doctors, nurses. The nutrition and treatment were just great, now they don't treat like that, alas. Paraffin treatment, oxygen cocktails, game rooms, everything was very organized. It is not clear who it prevented, although it is clear that healthy people are not needed today, pharmacies need to be serviced more than teaching a person to live, move, and eat. Be healthy!
