I would have left zero stars
They called an ambulance, an hour passed, there was no ambulance, they called again to find out when they would receive the following "there is no free car" in response. Are you a taxi or what? Or just everyone gets sick in one evening, what kind of negligence, I understand everything, but this is not the first time

Being a patient of the therapeutic department, I witnessed the following situation: a 90-year-old grandmother, who has the second disability group and the status of a liquidator of the Chernobyl Nuclear power plant, paid for a superior comfort ward and moved there from the general on the same day. However, after 3 hours, she was returned from there back to the general, referring to the fact that the money would be returned (and it was Friday evening and most likely the money would be returned only on Monday). The reason for the eviction of the grandmother from the paid ward was the order of the chief doctor of the hospital, as his relative was put in the paid ward.
How do you like this situation? And where is the care of the elderly? Where is justice?
