I am a happy person! Happy Woman: she came to our hospital only in the Maternity Hospital). More than once))). Already familiar Medical staff, friendly greetings, cozy rooms, a comfortable and Beautiful shower room, it was like that with me, 7 years ago). Surgery and Therapy...I was there with my son as an escort: I note one thing, I would not like to be there for another tooth extraction ((( But special thanks to the anesthesiologist Leonid!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the surgical department and the doctor Okun Sergey Alexandrovich for the high professionalism, skill, sensitivity, and attention shown during the treatment of my child. I ask you to encourage Okun S.A. financially. I wish you good health and success in your necessary and demanded work. Continue to keep the professional and human bar at a high level. Also, many thanks to the ambulance team (Pavel Anatolyevich Bliznyuk, Alyona Ivanovna Stepanenko) for the quick, professional first aid.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the surgical department.
Special thanks to Dmitry Alekseevich Bursevich, head of the surgical department, for his high professionalism and attentive attitude to patients.
Thank you so much!!!
Good health to all of YOU!!!
Good afternoon! Today I went to the emergency room, with pain in my leg. She explained that she had not hit herself and there were no bites. The area on the foot around the bone is swollen. To what I heard the answer: "And why did you come to us, you need to see a therapist, take tests, and in general, how do we know which doctor to call for you. Girls, well, did I answer her correctly?". We have the only emergency room in the city where you can seek help when something hurts. There are no words, there were about eight people sitting there and no one even moved. You have chosen your own professions and at the same time refuse to help. And, in principle, I have repeatedly listened to rudeness from the emergency room. As a result, I'm going home with a sore leg. "Thank you" to the staff of the emergency room.
The staff leaves much to be desired. I arrived by ambulance on the night of July 15-16. I was shaking, my blood pressure was high, my brain was working slowly and my tongue was slurred - to which the doctor said, Speak faster for half a third (what she meant, I do not know). They even measured my blood pressure there, no examination. They just asked questions. And they sent me, saying that there was no reason to be hospitalized. And the "very polite" staff asked us to wait outside while we waited for transport. That is, I frankly feel disgusting, I live in a village 25 km from the hospital and at night I'm looking for a car to get home. And I'm distracting the staff from sleep here. In general, the attitude towards customers is disgusting, at the lowest level. I have never met with such a person in Minsk. It may be necessary to undergo training or advanced training for people who are called doctors. You are here primarily for people, not to sleep in the workplace. I do not recommend this place. By the way, the guys in the ambulance are very nice and helped a lot.
Alexey Zayats went to the doctor with a knee injury. In parallel, during the course of treatment, he consulted with doctors of the highest category, Doctor of Sciences in traumatology.I would like to note Alexey's professionalism and the correctness of the decisions made. Despite the huge workload (in the summer he also worked as a pediatric traumatologist because there was no doctor in the children's clinic) and the number of patients politely and understandingly talks to patients. I recommend that the management be as interested as possible in working with this specialist in our city.
Many thanks to the therapist Stetyukevich Elena Ivanovna.A doctor with a capital letter.A competent specialist.I would like to wish your clinic more such specialists.A doctor who treats with deed and word, it's worth a lot.!!!!!
I want to express my gratitude to the intensive care physician Shareiko Cheslav Adamovich for saving my mother. The doctor was invited to the therapeutic department to help the patient in a serious condition. The doctor took care of my mother all night, saved her life. Good health and long life to a wonderful doctor!
The nurse on duty is Tatiana Katishcheva .I came to the medical post to take water from the cooler. The so-called health worker said you can't take water, the cooler is for decoration. How can such a miracle help a patient? Traumatology.Kashubovich G. S.
Thanks to everyone: the medical staff, all the hospital staff, BUT there is a big DIFFERENCE in the work of doctors! I ask you to excuse me in advance, I wish you only the best, well-being, good salary, good health, in no way doubt your professionalism and thank you very much for that! "BUT" lies in the fact that doctors are completely inattentive to patients, I will give an example of today, from 06.07.2023, the patient lies in surgery for 4 days of her stay, the attending physician, the doctors on duty stayed in the ward for no more than 3-4 minutes, the patient has diabetes mellitus for more than 30 years, she was put on a hunger strike, she is worried a laboratory assistant seems to come for sugar, measures sugar in the morning and evening, but what kind of sugar was reported to us only once in 4 days, although the laboratory assistant said that they were obliged to talk, it's good that she has something to measure sugar with, than to measure pressure, and is it really hard for an elderly person to measure pressure a couple of times a day? Only yesterday, the doctor on duty found out that she had diabetes, and he was already on duty. The woman's knees hurt a lot, they have been confused day and night for a long time, they were taken to the doctors several times about consulting a traumatologist ...? The case started from a dead end only after a visit from relatives to the deputy. the head physician of the hospital. Maybe they have a big workload, maybe there are some other reasons for their attitude towards patients, but in my opinion this is just an indicator of humanity, compassion and kindness of doctors. I remember 202, the 4th clinic in Minsk, I had an operation to show, the attending physician comes in and asks if you have any other problems, and they helped with the consultation of an ophthalmologist and I got a tooth that was collapsing and even visited a proctologist. and there is no time and desire for doctors to devote 1 minute to each patient in the morning and evening and help them, so grandma gets up at 24 o'clock, at one o'clock in the morning and worries nurses and patients in the ward until the morning because her legs, knees, places after injections hurt a lot!
I was with my grandmother at a doctor's appointment with a traumatologist A.A. Zayats.
Thank him very much. Attentive , sensitive . The treatment helped my grandmother. Thank him very much.
incompetence,
As in the joke - the doctor , God forbid .
a traumatologist by the name of Zayats.
The diagnosis was made without touching, the examination in my case was performed through a shoe.
To get to the hospital, there are big problems, but it is almost impossible to get a referral to the regional hospital. One answer is forbidden to us by the government to send at least we received such an answer without giving a referral

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Kristina Olegovna Keegan!!! For her competence, for her understanding, for her ability to listen and understand the patient. God grant that there would be many more doctors like you. May luck accompany you in everything. May God protect you and your family!!! You are the best doctor!!!
Thanks to the heads of Nagai M.V., Bogdel S.V. and all medical staff for their assistance in conducting the examination and treatment of our father. I would like to note the tactful
and polite communication, wonderful care and attitude on the part of the nurses. We will try to fulfill the recommendations for further treatment and rehabilitation!!!) Despite the workload, for a difficult period of work, especially in covid conditions, we wish all medical workers perseverance and patience, health and good luck! Merry Christmas!!!
I would like to express my great gratitude to Igor Anatolyevich Shulga. A situation occurred that put me in a stupor and I did not understand what to do. I'm from Russia myself, so I was thinking of going to Moscow or staying here and having the procedure done.
During the procedure, there was a lot of bleeding and I had to have an operation and I am very grateful to all the hospital staff in fact. In the intensive care unit, the nurses were very pleasant and the catheters were very carefully placed. And the bandages are just a miracle. I was surprised by such a good attitude in the Slonim hospital. Thanks!
Disrespect, incompetence, lack of humanity, rudeness, bombast.
As in the joke - the doctor , God forbid .
I'm talking about a trauma surgeon on duty (well, or an orthopedist) by the name of Lyshchik.
Instead of a survey, the inspection was reported
for disturbing a "busy" doctor with her non-emergency case (which should be handled by silly doctors of the polyclinic, and not this "luminary of science").
I went to the receiver slowly, The diagnosis was made without touching, the nurse had to perform the treatment.
What is the attitude towards people, towards the profession?
Who do you think you are?
Tired of the profession, of the position, of the po?
Got up, vacated the place!!!
Rudeness, selfishness is flourishing, but it's a pity.
It should be a shame, Doctor
A hospital for receiving assistance in the amount of "so as not to die", no more. The availability of doctors, by profession, is not even at the level of the USSR. If you live in Slonim, it is advisable not to get sick. Mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma in Minsk. In Slonim, they sent me to take tests on the second round, suddenly my grandmother recovered.
I know the Slonim district hospital, I have been lying there many times, although it was about 20 years ago. I had to visit her several times this week and I want to note that the external condition of the wards and lobbies has improved, which is not a little important for patients and I really hope that medical care has improved significantly.
It is rather a cry of the soul, a plea for help!!!
What is happening in our hospital and polyclinic is just terrible!!! Almost everyone doesn't give a damn about patients!!! At the reception desk, you need to change the signboard - GREAT NEHOCHUHI AND DUNNO!!!They need to make an extra gesture and drop an extra word-this is not for them!!!
Let's move on. Doctors. They have NO desire to help people and, in the end, to work!!!
The most terrible hospital and lay doctors almost killed my grandmother. Grandma went to the hospital with COVID-19, they didn't look after her, they didn't let her eat., They discharged her with bruises on her nose and bruises on her back. It is unclear how else they were discharged!!!They just sent them home so that they wouldn't get bored without finishing their treatment. I ask the Ministry of Health to conduct checks at the hospital!!!!!!!!!!
The CRH works fine. The wards for a small town are kept in good condition and clean. I have not heard complaints about poor treatment from patients, but college students are belittled by nurses and nurses.
There are specialists who know their business, are good-natured and responsive. Unfortunately, there are not many of them. Thank you for your hard work!
Both daughters gave birth, and Orochka Raisa Vladimirovna delivered them.
A very qualified specialist, attentive, balanced, will always help with advice.
From the Vorobyov family, we express our great gratitude.
Neurology. The head of the hamlo. He's not making contact. He does not answer questions, they pretend to treat him. Constantly on the run. Nurses are like when, there are good ones, there are rude ones. You constantly need to walk and talk - why is it wrong, why is it wrong. They don't want to do anything themselves. This is the Last place.
