As a result of consultation with a cardiologist and an ECG, a recommendation was received to be hospitalized in order to clarify the diagnosis. My brother went with my mother, he is not a doctor. He called me and asked for advice. I confirmed that there may be a situation where Holter monitoring is required for an unclear arrhythmia. And we agreed. Yesterday I asked my brother to send me the results of the examination. But there are NONE. Okay, there is no advisory opinion yet. I can understand that. Although it is strange not to give any recommendations to a person with the first recorded arrhythmia. But not giving an ECG is just not professional.
As a result, I wrote to the Vitacenter at the address given in the contacts, asked to send the ECG data - no greetings or response. We visited the Regional Hospital. In half an hour they did an ECG, received a film on their hands, a cardiologist's examination, a written conclusion with recommendations. The man canceled the betablocker, because there was a blockade. And at the Vitacenter, my mother was not even asked what medications she was taking. Shame on you for 590 UAH. In the regional we paid 500 purely because we came without a referral - it would have been a referral for free, but most likely we would have had to stand in line - and for 500 UAH the doctor really tried and it is clear that he was satisfied. And in the Vitacenter they probably don't get paid enough from these 590 UAH

I had a very serious operation in this clinic, they were waiting for an anesthesiologist specifically for my problem, they did everything super, after the operation they did not even need resuscitation, they returned the money after discharge (they paid in advance for three days of resuscitation) and really worried and sympathized that it is rare to expect from doctors now. I continue to be observed by them, professionals in surgery.
