I studied at the Big Dipper driving school in Pinsk, I want to express my gratitude to Alexander Alexandrovich, a theory teacher, and Vladimir Fedorovich, a driving instructor! With Vladimir Fedorovich, you will learn the skills of confident driving in a short time. I would also like to note his endless patience, he not only does not raise his voice when once again it does not work out to do seemingly simple things correctly, but also constantly maintains the mood for an excellent result and everything works out. An excellent driving instructor who explains everything clearly and intelligibly.
I want to express my great gratitude to our teacher of theory and driving Sergey Ivanovich! The training flew by quickly, every topic was explained in an accessible and clear way in each lesson. Driving passed without fear of making mistakes , the elements were honed to good results . Just a wonderful teacher and a person who needs to teach you , and not work the required hours .
One of the driving schools where advanced training courses for taxi drivers have appeared. The study took two weeks, of which: medicine, traffic regulations, practice on the racetrack. After graduation, the exam, of course. And they issue a certificate that is needed for the registry. That is, everything is official, everything is according to the law. The teachers are smart, there are no questions about their teaching at all. The instructor also left a positive impression. The study is going on as it should. There were no heart-to-heart conversations, from the category of "you already know everything", which is also very cool. Because we have studied new material that has changed/been added, and also refreshed our memory of old materials.
In general, I advise everyone to come here and study. Not only for courses, but also for categories.
There is always a desire, and an aspiration,
to achieve the goal of the profession
A top-class driver.
Good teachers
A voluminous program and you will quickly
understand everything clearly.
I am very happy and I remember my beloved teacher.
I studied at the Big Dipper in Pinsk, I want to express my great gratitude to the driving instructor Vladimir Fedorovich! A real master of his craft and a Teacher with a capital letter, which are few now! He is always polite, careful, intelligible, patient and humorously explains everything that is unclear! It was very cool to study! Many thanks for your professionalism and such attentive attitude!

I have never written reviews anywhere, but the situation that happened in my life made me write this review so that people, after reading it, would make the right and balanced decisions. We will talk about the Pinsk driving school "Big Dipper". Many years ago, when getting their first category "B" rights in it, who would have thought that the level of this institution would sink to the very bottom. After listening to the advice of a friend, and remembering at the same time that I once studied there for category B, I decided to enroll and try to pass for the rights of categories D and C, especially since the school offered such a "bun" (studying for a trailer could get C). This bribed, not knowing what awaited next. And then – utter nonsense. If the theory more or less somehow took place once a week, then there is a separate story about practice. I will describe in a nutshell: the park is dead; constant lack of fuel; driving , if the transport started, at best 15-20 minutes around the city once a week. You arrive at the landfill, and they tell you: the beads won't start or there is no fuel. And the most important nuance is that they slip a little book under your nose every time that you left the prescribed time. And in this little book you put your signature that the classes have been held, while your old instructor (retired), looking into your eyes with his languid gaze, shamelessly closes the document about the alleged classes. By the way, there should have been 51 hours of practice under the contract. And in fact, no more than 6-7 hours. But the most interesting thing is that the transport on which they allegedly studied did not match the characteristics when passing the exam. That is, they studied on the bus, but they had to take the bus. In our case, a puzzle that was brought in a few days from another city and which, according to its technical condition, was close to an atomic war. I have never seen such a tub in my life. It was never meant to be practiced on it, somehow it was patched up for the exam, they quickly gave us certificates of graduation from this school, and then themselves. I'll say this. A lot of people did not pass , and then you yourself: look for time. Pay the money, arrange classes in private. The school has fulfilled its mission, emptying our pockets for a "certain" amount and taking away precious time. In this review, I am trying to warn those who want to develop further categories D, C, E: do not waste time and money and go to a normal school, with a normal park and an adequate attitude (I do not write about category B). The Big Dipper driving school is not the kind of school that you need to spend your time on. And yes, this is not a review of competitors, but of a simple layman.
The driving school is excellent, the teachers are polite, they teach perfectly, the instructors are professionals in their field, the management of the driving school is polite, the location is normal, its own circuit, the tuition prices are good, not expensive, in general everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone
Everything is not definitely good...freight transport is in terrible condition, it is not clear how people study there...

I recommend this driving school to those who do not need to study, but just admission to the traffic police exam. For example, if you suddenly have already learned traffic rules on your own, learned how to drive and just want to pass for a license.
Disclaimer: I understand what the human factor is and that maybe I just came across such a teacher and all my impressions of driving school are based on the quality of work mainly of one person. But if you have organized a business, it is important to control the quality of work of all your employees. The impression of the institution's services is formed from the attitude to the work of all employees individually.
In the first "introductory" lesson, we just filled out the contract and asked questions. The most important question about how long the training will last is answered by 3 months and an exam at the traffic police on May 26.
The truth is in the contract - 6 months, but no one paid attention to it, you never know, suddenly they are insured like this.
When everything was already paid for the first month of study, we were told that the exam was not on May 26, but on June 26, they say there is a big queue at the traffic police and we were postponed (in fact, we passed only on July 6).
I don't know if the training deadline was planned or if it "happened by itself", but where we were definitely deceived is in the fairy tales on the site:
Fairy tale 1: "high level of services provided" (it says so on the website)
This is exactly the factor why I aspired to a private driving school: it seemed to me that a private driver was much more motivated to set a high bar, thanks to the free management of resources.
Looking ahead, I will say that this "high" level, in my opinion, scores only 2 points out of 10. And if you read to the end, you will understand why I give such an assessment.
Organization of the learning process
The classroom for classes is not designed for the huge number of people who are recruited into the group (there were 27 of us). There is little room at the desks when it is hot and stuffy. There are only 8 computers for taking tests.
The process of paying for training is organized in a wild way - you need to pay as if through the EPIP, but not in the classical way, but through EPOS, and not by scanning the QR code (around which EPOS is built), but by the service code. In general, if you try to pay for it yourself, you will "like it". You will not find the details (and the service code) on the Internet, you need to go to a driving school and take pictures on the stand there (only the Brest branch has details on the driving school's website). I called the secretary, they gave me the number of the accounting department; the accountant dictated this code to me for payment over the phone after persistent requests.
The cherry on the cake - after 2 months, the accounting department probably did a review and "did not notice" my payments. The accountant calls and says I have to bring her the checks. I firmly refused, took the numbers of the ERIP checks from the electronic archive of payments and sent them to her by telegram - after 10 minutes the payments were "found". But it's a mess.
Theoretical classes
At first it seemed like it was not bad. We sorted out the first topic, they showed us some diagrams on an old TV. But the further the classes went, the more "formal" they were. In the spirit, you come to another theory, and they tell you - "well, today those who did not pass last time take the tests, and the theory will be in a week, and those who passed earlier - go home." Then, "well, you read the topic at home, is everything clear? If everything is clear, then we have the next topic!"
In the end, it got to the point that on the subject of "fundamentals of vehicle and database management" we were simply given a "brochure" with ready-made answers without any explanations, which seems to have been done in a drunken delirium. Otherwise, how could it be possible to compose a question and answer to it "By a stop point is understood: the DISTANCE from the moment the driver detects an obstacle"? (see the screenshot)
I had to study the SDA-Smart course from Adrive in parallel with the "training" in driving school, where there are explanations, illustrations and videos on each topic of each subject. It was thanks to the hours spent in Adrive that I learned the theoretical material.
The exception were 2 lectures on the subject of "First aid". They were led by a medical teacher. He told and showed everything very competently. He described the damage in all details and did everything so that we would remember the material to the maximum (illustrative examples). He's a great guy and a very cool specialist.
Practical exercises
According to the agreement, we were supposed to have 50 hours of practical training. In fact, in order to feel more or less confident on the road, you need 30 hours. Specifically, I (like those who studied with me at the same teacher) spent a total of about 17 hours of classes (this includes the circuit, the countryside and the city). I have recorded each one - you can sum it up and practice counting the hours. I have already included the path to the racetrack and other technical points in the duration of the lesson.
Once the instructor asked us if we were happy with the training. We said that there was little practice, to which we received the answer "here, buy your car and you will drive, gain practice."
And that was the case for almost everyone in my group. At the end of each practical lesson, the instructor gave blank sheets of "sign here, here and here" for signature, which he then filled out. Perhaps my classes, which I did not leave, were hidden here.
The most interesting thing is that there was one subgroup, the students from which said that their instructor traveled with them almost every day this month before the exam. So I do not know if it is a system. But the fact is that I had it like that, so you can have it too.
In order to feel a little better in the traffic situation, I had to additionally practice on the virtual simulator City Car Driving, because there were not enough hours catastrophically.
Exam
During the training on the site, we trained 3 elements: a slide, a garage and a diagonal parking lot. The instructor swore that there would be no "U-turn in a confined space." But on the exam, the examiner asked for a "slide and a U-turn." You should have seen the instructors running around and fussing. Someone tried to explain on their fingers how to make a U-turn, and someone ran for papers so that we all signed (perhaps to create a fiction, supposedly we studied this element, I don't know).
As a result, the exam started late. Only a couple of people managed to pass the examiner before lunch and we were left standing in the sun in the parking lot near the Building to wait until the examiner's lunch was over.
Fairy Tale 2: Gifts (see appendix)
We were given a notebook, a pen and a pocket calendar (they don't even sell them anymore). The activation keys and the traffic book were all bought independently. I don't know if this is a "correction" from the Pin branch or a centralized deception, but again this is a fact.
Results and conclusions
No matter what, I passed the exams the first time and got my license. But this is rather not "thanks", but in spite of it. There were guys who didn't have enough practice and couldn't pass on the first try.
After getting my license, I bought more driving lessons privately in order to travel at least a little more. I believe that de facto I have already paid the money for these classes to the driving school and they were essentially stolen, which I had to pay again.
I wish you all the best. If you really want to learn the theory and learn how to drive well, then this is not here.
I studied law 5 years ago. The teachers explain everything well and clearly. You don't have to worry about the change, they'll teach you everything quickly.
If you want to pass for a license yourself, you will learn and learn, and if you are waiting for a freebie, you will sit without a license and without money.
