This is not the first time I have visited Bon, but it was this branch that left an extremely unpleasant impression. The service is terrible: you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the waiter, and sometimes you have to go to the checkout and order yourself. At the same time, employees are either just standing around or clearly not doing their job — there doesn't seem to be enough qualified staff.
Orders arrive with a long delay, they are constantly confused or forgotten. Almost every time, you have to be reminded of something several times. This is exhausting and spoils the whole experience of the visit.
I hope the management will pay attention to the problems of this particular branch and take measures — otherwise there is no desire to return.
