Traditionally, I will start with the strengths of the institution and then highlight the growth points, having finalized which you can compete for a normal rating.
But what I will describe below, guys, is just the level of norm, seriously, and nothing more!
What I liked was the friendly staff and the atmosphere of the place. The contingent of visitors, the faces around - everything is fine. A beautiful and effective presentation. I was served a cappuccino with a picture of a cat, a trifle, but very nice. We'll come back to coffee later.
And if the theater starts with a wardrobe, then a cafe or restaurant starts with a menu, respectively. And as we all know, the devil is in the details, and here the impressions are amazing.
The first is a dirty, worn, dirty, almost unreadable piece of plasmas, after which the only desire appears - to wash your hands. It is strange that such a thing is rolling, for residents of Tashkent. And for this, the first star flies away, because my personal belief is that the guests of the institution should keep clean and not trash in their hands. I repeat, this is just the norm, there is nothing wrong with it. I'm sure the waiter who served us (a nice friendly guy) was a little ashamed to give us this menu.
Because it's really a disgrace.
Then the table, in the most prominent place of the work surface, is uncovered and there is no varnish for several square centimeters, I do not know how it can peel off like that, apparently someone helped, but judging by the blackened, greasy mud-stained wood, this sight has been pleasing visitors for a long time and does not soar with the question of maintaining or restoring the institution in proper form. This gnawed table stands by the window on the right side of the cafe, look at it. In general, you can really close your eyes to such a small thing and not notice, let's go. But then the most interesting thing is the order. Coffee with desserts, I've never been so charmed before. "Quickly" - we should NOT have had a snack, but got lost from there!) Sorry guys for that)))
The aforementioned cappuccino with the image of a cat has only one plus, which I pointed out, and that's where the positive ends. A disgusting bitter substance that is simply impossible to drink! Neither with one serving of milk (I had a cappuccino), nor with two (my companion had a latte), we could not drink it, we left it. 35 per serving of burnt acorns is a punch. I'm shooting another star for this. Next on desserts: -Dear managers of this institution, please carefully monitor the labeling of dates and shelf life of egg-protein-containing desserts. In hot weather and in case of sunlight, storage in transparent showcases - the time is many times less!!! Two of the three desserts had foreign flavors of the spoiled product. I'm already silent about the fact that one of the three is so weathered in appearance that they have already cracked and sagged. Perhaps we are lucky and the stars have come together so that all the nuances surfaced simultaneously with us... In short, we paid the bill of 120 for the emotions of disappointment, and realized that there was a desire not to return anymore and write this review so that the sensitive management fired a couple, three people and saved their business from the growing disease of someone else's careless indifference, before a flurry of similar reviews appeared or God forbid poisoning visitors with stale or low-quality products.
I wanted to put 1, but for the sake of objectivity, there was still a positive, so one star per joint is fair!
