Great hotel! We had a rest in Bon Amour in mid-September 2024 with a large company (6 adults + 1 child 8 years old), everyone really liked it! Many thanks to Guram for the comfort, warm attitude, cleanliness and homely atmosphere. The rooms are nice, the linen is clean. I especially liked the kitchen-dining room - a spacious well-ventilated room, three kitchen sets, 2 sinks and 2 tiles - you can cook autonomously, no one bothers anyone. Large Parking lot inside the yard, trampoline for children, barbecue. Of the minor disadvantages, I would like to set a threshold in the shower so that water does not spill over the bathroom floor + hang an additional towel rack. But these are small things. We recommend the hotel to everyone!

We had a vacation with a friend in Bon Amur in September 2024. A wonderful hotel with great people and the most important of them is Guram, a man with a capital letter. From the very moment we settled in, when he met us as relatives, until the very last day of our vacation, he was always there, ready to help and solve any issue: excursions, where to eat, what to see, extend your stay, everything was solved very quickly. We express our great gratitude to him! The guest house is located near the beach, in a quiet area of Gagra, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, there is a wonderful dining room nearby where you can eat, as well as a market and an embankment with many cafes for every taste within walking distance. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, have everything you need to stay, cleaned and changed bed linen and towels every 3 days. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a huge selection of dishes and everything necessary for cooking. There is parking for cars on site. I definitely recommend the hotel👍🏻

We rested in August 2024 from 1 to 10. There are only warm and pleasant memories left. The owners of the hotel are Guram and Irina, very hospitable, attentive, kind people. They will always help and prompt you. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. The hotel rooms are located on the 2,3,4 floor. There is a shared kitchen on the 1st floor where you can cook on your own. And have a nice time in the evening. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the view from the window is amazing - the mountains. A clean, tidy room. Everything was necessary. Air conditioning, refrigerator. It's not far to the sea, there are a lot of cafes along the way (where you can have a snack, have lunch). There is also a market on the way. The sea itself is very beautiful, clean, and warm. We had a very good holiday. The place is amazing. And nature, and mountains, and the sea. I hope we will come again, and we will definitely choose the Bon Amour hotel.
