Great hotel! We had a rest in Bon Amour in mid-September 2024 with a large company (6 adults + 1 child 8 years old), everyone really liked it! Many thanks to Guram for the comfort, warm attitude, cleanliness and homely atmosphere. The rooms are nice, the linen is clean. I especially liked the kitchen-dining room - a spacious well-ventilated room, three kitchen sets, 2 sinks and 2 tiles - you can cook autonomously, no one bothers anyone. Large Parking lot inside the yard, trampoline for children, barbecue. Of the minor disadvantages, I would like to set a threshold in the shower so that water does not spill over the bathroom floor + hang an additional towel rack. But these are small things. We recommend the hotel to everyone!

We rested in August 2024 from 1 to 10. There are only warm and pleasant memories left. The owners of the hotel are Guram and Irina, very hospitable, attentive, kind people. They will always help and prompt you. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. The hotel rooms are located on the 2,3,4 floor. There is a shared kitchen on the 1st floor where you can cook on your own. And have a nice time in the evening. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the view from the window is amazing - the mountains. A clean, tidy room. Everything was necessary. Air conditioning, refrigerator. It's not far to the sea, there are a lot of cafes along the way (where you can have a snack, have lunch). There is also a market on the way.
The sea itself is very beautiful, clean, and warm.
We had a very good holiday. The place is amazing. And nature, and mountains, and the sea. I hope we will come again, and we will definitely choose the Bon Amour hotel.

We had a family vacation at the hotel in July 2024. A wonderful hotel: clean, tidy, cozy, in a quiet place. The room is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, shower (there is always hot and cold water). Very friendly hosts: Guram and Irina: they will always help and prompt. There is a washing machine - you can wash your clothes. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen - dining room where you can always cook for yourself. The dishes are all available. There is a barbecue in the yard - you can fry kebabs. There is a trampoline for children. The rest was a success. I recommend it!

We had a vacation with a friend in Bon Amur in September 2024. A wonderful hotel with great people and the most important of them is Guram, a man with a capital letter. From the very moment we settled in, when he met us as relatives, until the very last day of our vacation, he was always there, ready to help and solve any issue: excursions, where to eat, what to see, extend your stay, everything was solved very quickly. We express our great gratitude to him!
The guest house is located near the beach, in a quiet area of Gagra, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, there is a wonderful dining room nearby where you can eat, as well as a market and an embankment with many cafes for every taste within walking distance.
The rooms are large, spacious and clean, have everything you need to stay, cleaned and changed bed linen and towels every 3 days. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a huge selection of dishes and everything necessary for cooking.
There is parking for cars on site.
I definitely recommend the hotel👍🏻

We rested at the Bon Amur Hotel from 06/29/2024 to 07/07/2024.I liked everything very much. Good, friendly hosts. The rooms are cool, there are air conditioners, a refrigerator, a shower in the room, a TV. Not far from the sea, near the market, shops. We had a rest in Abkhazia in August 2023, the hotel has very friendly hosts Guram and Irena, very clean, rooms are equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, TV, shower, toilet) everything worked fine, hot water and light without interruption, the room has a comfortable bed. The railway, which is nearby, we did not hear at all, because the glass is a package with good sound insulation. We had a room on the second floor, there was an additional dryer and ironer in the hallway. On the ground floor there is a spacious shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Huge greetings to Guram! Clean, cozy mini-hotel. On the ground floor there is a common room, a dining room, a washing machine, a courtyard. The second and third floors have 10 rooms on two sides. The air conditioners are working properly, not as usual. Each room has its own shower and bathroom. Highly recommend it. To the sea 10 minutes along the path between private courtyards. Please do not rip off lavrushka, who works as a hedge. Ask - you will be given for free as much as you need.

The hotel is quite new and spacious, the family room is spacious, everything you need is there, we checked in at 14-00, it was clean and fresh.Cleaning was carried out three times in 8 days.Downstairs there is a large kitchen with everything you need.In the evenings it is quiet and peaceful, the territory of the hotel is practically non-existent, there is a covered parking lot for cars.
Of the minuses, the extractor hood in the bathroom does not work well, and in the morning the smell of dampness and sewage from the drain was quite noticeable in the shower, and it was felt in the room.
The market and grocery store are 10-15 minutes away, and the sea is the same.There is a railway nearby, but it did not bother us.Most of the rooms overlook the wooded mountains in the haze. I recommend the hotel)))

We rested from August 30-9 at this hotel, booked in advance with prepayment. I was met from the airport and taken back by Irakli, a good driver and a man. They say that the drivers of Abkhazia drive, we were driven very carefully. Thank you very much for the transfer. The hotel is new, the room is large, spacious, everything is there for living. They didn't want to cook, but the kitchen was comfortable and the food was prepared several times. Guram takes care of everyone's comfort, Irina tries to bring comfort and they do it perfectly. We went on excursions 3 times, Guram makes arrangements, escorts us to the bus. I liked everything very much. To the sea 15 minutes through the market at a calm pace. The nature is very beautiful, the sea is warm and blue. We read about rotovirus, everyone has it there, we are no exception, after drinking furazalidone 2 times, everything went away. This is such a small thing that you should not pay attention to, like the railway, which scares someone. The train passes twice a day, we did not feel any discomfort. There were only sincere people, because Abkhazia is a country of the soul. There is no need to look for disadvantages here, rest only on the positive! We had a rest in the summer of 2022 from July 24 to August 8 in this mini-hotel. The impressions are very wonderful!!! The hotel has 4 floors , my husband and I lived on the 4th floor, you get tired of going up to the 4th floor, but we are young , so that's fine. The room was cleaned every 3 days ( Bed linen was changed, floors were washed, all towels were changed) All rooms have air conditioning.
There is a shared kitchen where you can cook, there are enough dishes. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea .it may be difficult for someone to walk with children under the sun, but in general, it's very nice to see the surroundings and take a walk. What about the hotel? The hotel itself is a building of 4 floors. on the ground floor there is an entrance, a huge kitchen with several microwaves, kettles, refrigerators, sturdy tables and benches made of wood. Many people cook and spend their evenings in the kitchen.
Location. The hotel stands at the foot of the mountain and the railway. Trains rarely run, they do not interfere. You have to walk along a country road for 10 minutes to the beach (first past the cottages, then along the main street in this patch past canteens and cafes). On the street there are souvenirs, sweets, Turkish teas, natural cosmetics, barbecue, restaurants with karaoke. It's fun and noisy in the evening. Near the main street of Novaya Gagra, the Ferris Wheel is about 20 minutes on foot (you can walk along the beach or along the main street of the city). There are taxis. Water is 2 times more profitable in a store closer to the beach than a couple of steps back from the hotels, prices are respectively 33 and 70p for 1.5 liters of water (this is a life hack). There are pharmacies, but not all have everything you need, it's better to bring your own from Russia so as not to run around pharmacies there.
Wi-fi in the hotel is good, the rooms are clean, large, all the necessary furniture is there. There are no soap accessories in the room, except liquid hand soap.
Our rooms had partial mountain views.
There was no balcony, there didn't seem to be any balconies anywhere.
Smokers - there are benches with an ashtray-trash on the street.
On the floor there is a dryer, an ironing board, washing seems to be 100 rubles in the kitchen.
For those who drive their own car, there is a parking lot at the hotel. There are hurricanes in Abkhazia (close the side mirrors, they can fly away if there is something nearby to fly in time for a hurricane).
There are excursions right at the hotel, ask the manager Guram.
Those with children do not seem to have a playground, there is also no pool. Entertainment is not provided, if anyone needs it, then to Novaya Gagra - there are Parks, trampolines, a Ferris wheel and so on.

We had a rest in June 2021 and liked everything.Very good location, 10 minutes to the sea. A very quiet place and a beautiful view of the mountains. The best place to stay in Gagra. The rooms are simply gorgeous. Framed windows with great views. Purity. It has its own bathroom and a personal refrigerator. Conditioner. Downstairs there is a large kitchen the size of a cafe. Lots of tables. There is a place for a car. Convenient location. 15 minutes to the sea by walking distance and 2 minutes to the main street along which minibuses run every 5 minutes. We rested with my wife for almost 10 days . I want to leave a review about this place. Firstly, all previous reviews are not true. The hotel is located near the railway!!!! What is not indicated anywhere!!!!! Secondly, the sea is about 2 kilometers away, which no one has indicated anywhere, on the contrary, they indicate incorrect information that the sea is less than a kilometer away!!! The beach is terrible, not like in Old Gagra. And about the most unpleasant of this story, we were booked for booking, we were asked to prepay for two days, which we made. When we arrived, we realized that it was impossible to live in such conditions. As a result, we decided to rent another apartment. The owner refused to return the prepayment, as well as to settle us for two paid days!!! This is the most terrible place I've ever met! My personal belief is that this is not the first such story with this hotel!!!

Everything is relative. The guest house is not bad. Of the disadvantages - 4 comfortable rooms for 33 rooms, one washing machine, clothes dryers on the floors are clogged and things due to high humidity and lack of balconies dry out for more than a day. Changing towels every 4-5 days, there is nowhere to dry in the room. There are 4 floors without an elevator (it's clear that the guest house is), but it's very exhausting. There are no dishes and a kettle in the Rooms. The location is not very convenient for "hiking" tourists. you have to walk a lot to shops, cafes, 10-15 minutes to the sea. The very center of old Gagra is a couple of kilometers away.
One of the advantages is that the owner Guram is polite and responsive, always goes forward and does not leave requests unnoticed, will answer all questions and prompt. Overall a clean house. The rooms are spacious. There is a bathroom (although there is no shower tray and the floor is constantly wet), a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a table and bedside tables. There is an ironing board on each floor. The Wi-Fi is good. There are more than enough dishes in the shared kitchen. There are clotheslines (which is more convenient than the dryers on the floors).
