We were traveling from Moscow to Moldova. Four people were dropped off at the Latvian border. Everything was in order with the documents. The reason was not explained. The money for the ticket was not refunded. The drivers didn't even try to help the passengers. They didn't warn us before the trip that they just might not miss it, but they took 100% of the money. It would be correct to pay the full amount after crossing the border. Be careful to clarify all these questions.
Crooks , a terrible bunch .They take the money and don 't explain the rules of travel .I traveled with another company without any problems .I do not recommend traveling with this company.
