I really enjoyed the tour of the cheese-making workshop. The girl who conducted the tour is very nice. She competently, clearly, accessible and interestingly tells the story of the plant. A pleasant bonus of the tour was the cheese tasting)
I liked the cafe too. The staff is friendly. Prices are available. The food is delicious.

If it were an institution somewhere in the center of Minsk - one could say an excellent institution for the whole family.
Neat interior, polite staff, rich menu, delicious food.
But, as for me, it's a little expensive. The main advantage of peripheral establishments has been lost - simple, tasty, inexpensive.

The original menu will not leave any hungry gourmet indifferent.
On a weekday during lunch, you can indulge in standing in line for the canteen distribution, but at the same time looking at the trays, far from canteen, phenomena and goodies.
A huge selection of pizzas and cakes in the Italian manner.
There are usually two waitresses and please do not be angry with them if they do not approach you very quickly when the hall is full, they see you perfectly and will approach you as soon as they deal with those who came earlier.

We were passing by, the sign attracted attention, we decided to stop by. Inside, it turned out to be an ordinary roadside cafe-restaurant from the noughties. The leather-bound menu, the smell in the hall due to poor ventilation, the cook (or another employee of the establishment) sneezing loudly and savorily in the kitchen. The disgusting stale "bite" of the dessert was placed on a small saucer, sticking a knife and a dessert fork into the unappetizing mass. Coffee also tastes unpleasant. My husband ordered a non—alcoholic cocktail - he also did not appreciate it:) They did not try the main dishes from the menu. The atmosphere was enough for us.
I don't recommend it.

A VERY LONG TIME! Expectation and reality! I don't understand where such a high rating comes from - apparently, the plant's employees make artificial reviews. Or reviews are made purely by local residents who have not been anywhere and have not seen anything at least on a national scale. Pizza, in my subjective opinion, clearly does not pull on the 500 grams stated in the menu - 300 grams at most. We ordered sushi - well, I'm sorry, but they just couldn't be appreciated - the rolls just fell apart at the slightest touch to them. Well, and most importantly.... Waiting time! When ordering, I specifically asked about the waiting time for the order (1 salad, 1 cream soup, 2 pizzas and 2 sets of sushi of 200 gr.). They said pizza is "fast -10 minutes, sushi is also not long - 10-15 minutes." As a result, we waited for about 45 minutes. Judging by how loudly another customer was indignant while waiting for an order, this is the order of things here.

We took two pizzas and WAITED FOR THEM for 60 minutes, it's better to take the pancakes already, we also ordered tea and coffee, they were transferred 20 minutes later

I must say right away that there is a company store at the factory, it sells goods without extra charge and in an agronomic assortment! It was about a year ago. The proximity of the factory with the cool cheese suggested that it should be delicious. But no, the cafe did not meet expectations...
I took cheesecake, some kind of ricotta pie and Philadelphia. There is simply no cheese in the cakes, it feels like 1 to 1 with flour. Even at the Belarusneft gas station, the cheesecake is more authentic and tastier, not to mention the classic one))
I finished off Phil with salted salmon. This is beyond good... It is better to remove it from the menu altogether if it is not possible to bring normal salmon to Tours.
Plus the sluggish service and the waiters, who just don't care: they pretended that they didn't see or hear.

The pizza is delicious, I should have taken two.
But we waited a very long time. I would like a little more modern service. All the tables were ordered for tour groups, which they told us about, but they didn't even offer tables on the street (we didn't see them right away) or sit at the bar. Other customers who stopped by for coffee and cake also didn't know where to put themselves.
And so - stylish, cozy. There is a branded products store nearby.

Today I visited this cafe for the first time and was very disappointed! It didn't work out to try anything but coffee. I made an order with 2 cups of coffee and 2 pizzas, the first part of the order was ready very quickly (thanks), but I expected the second part about 30 minutes. An order was placed with a couple of minutes difference from the next table, it was delivered to them after 20 minutes, and I continued to wait patiently... After another 10 minutes of waiting, I went to the bar and asked the staff how soon the order would be ready, and in response, silence.... After standing at the counter for a few more minutes, I repeated the question and thank you very much for hearing me), they said that they still could not prepare and how soon they could not say, because they did not know! I didn't have time to wait for an unknown amount of time, and I asked to be counted for coffee, thank you very much, at least it was done in a timely manner! I paid for the order, they gave me change, but apparently they didn't consider it necessary to give me a check! I visit this beautiful city quite often, but I don't go there anymore!
