We stayed at the hotel from 30.03 to 04.01.2019. Getting to know the hotel did not work out in the first half hour. We parked a car near the hotel and went to check-in, asked for a long time and in detail where to park the car, if there were free places, etc. But knowing that we were in a car that was parked near the hotel, the receptionist did not warn us that after half an hour of parking we could be fined. On the contrary, she said that before moving the car to the neighboring Rarkhouse, we can bring our things to the rooms. After doing this and going out to re-park, we saw a 30 euro fine on the windshield. The receptionist later said that she could have given us a special card to count the parking time. But she did not issue or warn about a possible fine. She later said that this was not the hotel's land and not the hotel's problem. In our opinion, the problems of the hotel guests are the problems of the hotel and we would not have received a fine if the hotel employee had warned us. We would have parked again and then checked in. Then we noticed that this receptionist had incorrectly registered the rooms, then she said that breakfast was paid, although we had booked with breakfast, she did not tell
tell us about our hotel facilities. According to our comment about parking, we were directed to the on-duty manager of the hotel, Philip. We are very grateful to him. He was the only one who tried to minimize our negative perception of the hotel. He said that the next day he needed to approach the same receptionist - they would try to solve something with a fine. But, probably, this employee has a biased attitude towards us, because here we heard that this is not a problem of the hotel. Besides, no one had ever spoken to us in the tone she used before. There were 2 air conditioners in the room, but no shampoo, and I just wanted to get myself in order after the trip. Friends in the rooms had a more complete bathroom filling. There were no dressing gowns, they were given out at the request. Slippers are paid, which is not mentioned in the information about the hotel, they did not take them. In the morning, we were surprised to learn that the cost of prepaid rooms had been debited from the card. I had to go figure it out. And it was from such incomprehensible little things that our perception of staying at the Marriott Hotel was formed!For example, not far from the room near the utility room, glass fragments were scattered all day and no one cleaned them even after our call. And friends came to our room without shoes. Overall, I liked the room. An interesting bathroom. Many thanks to the girls from the SPA area, they are great fellows!
