How many times did I order, we waited an hour, and the certificate was given, we used the certificate a couple of times, then they just didn't take it, or they threw it away.

I've always ordered Bonsai sushi, but now I'm going to look for other manufacturers. There was a very negative aftertaste. It all started with the fact that the dispatcher has a slurred and incomprehensible speech, which had to be repeated two or three times. And it ended up not tasty and with an incomplete order that did not match the description. Sushi turned out to be almost without filling, there was only rice. We ordered the Sakura set. And plus, in order to save money, we ordered sushi by pickup, but the price was calculated for us as if we ordered home delivery. When I asked why the price is the same as for home delivery, I was told that I did not give the code word. Although the dispatchers used to ask him themselves. In general, today there is one negative.... I will not order more there and I do not advise anyone! And I recommend dispatchers to take minimal diction courses!

The waiting time was written 1 hour (in the application 30min) I arrived at the time to pick up, but waited another 1.5 hours under the doors, there were no clear explanations when it would be ready, as a result, the order was given, I left, it turned out to be someone else's order, there was nothing! My son and I order only from them, always fresh, proportions are observed (rice + filling), no amateur activities and improvisations, as some like to combine incompatible things for weight. My son is so picky, everything is fine here. And there were never any complaints from the guests. The delivery is prompt, only a couple of times there was a delay of about five minutes (to be honest, we did not pay attention), for which we were given discount coupons for the next order. It was a pleasure. There are plans to visit this institution!

We ordered two pizzas and a 1.5kg Holiday set. They brought it without sauce, ginger, wasabi and most importantly - without chopsticks. I had to rush to the store for sauce and eat with forks. Pizza is a separate topic. They couldn't even tear the pizza off the box. There was almost no cheese in the cheese pizza. We will never order again.
And also - why is the delivery immediately paid for when ordering with a coupon? What kind of marketing is this? They lose prestige because of some pennies

I ordered a set of Alyonka on a remote site, they brought a vile substance. Everything is salty, instead of sauces there is naked mayonnaise everywhere, hot rolls are burnt and cold, fish are not visible anywhere at all. The rice is undercooked, an abomination. Even the cats in the trash didn't eat it. They were rude to the claims. According to the rules, they have 12 grams of fish per 100 grams, but in fact 1-2. Rice rolls. I used to be a regular customer, I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING, MONEY THROWN AWAY.
