I was looking for a company where you can order balloons. I wanted lightness and tenderness. It was necessary to congratulate a colleague on his birthday purely symbolically. We called, talked, everything seems to be fine. I asked for time to consult with other participants in the preparation of the surprise. The balloons were needed on the 10th of May. We discussed the quantity and design. I called back and, voila, they didn't answer the phone for me. The second time, the same thing.... Okay, you never know the problem. But, the next day, I was just turned down. Without taking the order. Like, I don't want to upset you the day before the event. What the hell is this? Is this the service I deserve? Is this called customer orientation? Hello, are you serious? Is this how we do business now? Horror. Business, rustic. Yeah....... I will not recommend this company to anyone. There are a lot of acquaintances. There will be 100% anti-advertising. It is better to overpay other, but proven options. And what is the most interesting thing...I still did not understand the reason for the refusal...😂😂😂

The first time I ordered 3 balloons with inscriptions, everything was great, all three hung for a long time, and then they lay on the floor inflated for a long time, but did not fly.
But on December 7, I ordered 14 pieces (2 bouquets of 7, each with 4 turquoise and 3 white). Everyone got home, they drove in the car, but as soon as they came home, 2 burst within 10 minutes, then during the evening someone burst, someone lowered his head as if they were without impregnation. As a result, there were already 9 of them in the morning, a week later there were 7 alive.
It seemed that with a large order, they cheated.

Usually, the balls can deflate like this on day 5-6 at least, but definitely not on the 2nd.
