The DHW heat exchanger in my organization failed, but as it turned out, it wasn't the worst. Worse, the manufacturer (Danfoss) left the RB market, and had to look for a replacement from another manufacturer.
I contacted this organization, they very quickly picked up and installed a heat exchanger, taking into account that it would fit as well as possible instead of the old one, both in power and connection, so that nothing needed to be digested and redone on a large scale.
