Honestly, I'm disappointed! I recently left the crosses, as they had cleaned me very well before. I went to pick it up today, and the crosses look like no one cleaned them. They soaked it with water and just dried it. I explained the situation, even showed a photo of how I was cleaned for the first time. They offered to leave it, but I specifically left it in advance to be cleaned, since I have plans! Apart from this, they could not offer anything, they say the master cleaned it. I do not know, but even without looking closely, you can see that they are not pure from the word at all!! The girl has nothing to offer, but where is the customer orientation?! Offer a discount?! Well, at least if it's not even a discount, just apologize?! - The master cleaned it. And she didn't say anything else! There was no simple human apology! I have always been satisfied with their work and service, last time I had the same pair cleaned in two days. And then nothing was done in a week ... very disappointed!!! P.S.
