I didn't like the service. we ordered a table for a birthday celebration, agreed on the phone about whether it would be possible to take out a cake as a gift. They said on the phone that it was possible, in fact it was impossible and this service was paid 135 rubles. (Moreover, it was not the waiters who took out the cake, but ourselves).

We had a rest with a friend on March 8th!
We booked a table 1 week in advance.We arrived at 8 p.m., they put us at the bar, saying that the tables were only for large companies...logically, the question is why they didn't warn about this on the phone???
However, the tables were still free until one o'clock in the morning, why couldn't they go to a meeting and sit down until other guests came??? They also refused to make a discount for such a joint... apparently customers are not expensive!
But the administrator Alexey (or something) decided that he could sing a song at his workplace... it would be better to learn to communicate more politely with clients...the same goes for Elena (a waitress, like, or also an administrator... it is unclear). In general, the impressions are terrible from the institution!!! I do NOT recommend it!!!!
When I was there 2 years ago, it was completely the opposite!
