When they asked the teacher to look at the cameras, she said that the child simply repeats after other children, and in general they only watch the cameras when there are bodily injuries.
After that, she added that they sometimes hit the ass if the child does not obey, and if the teacher bites, then the teacher holds the child so that he is also bitten, and then I was already speechless.
We turned to the director, she reluctantly told us what day to come and look at the cameras, as a result, we were not shown the day we were originally asked for, they showed another and only half a day, explaining that there were no records since the power supply burned down.
And also when half of the group got sick with chickenpox, the teacher did not even warn about it, they found out when they themselves got sick.
If the children are ill, they do not recalculate.
When we wrote a letter of resignation from kindergarten, the money was not returned to us, although it was paid for a month and we walked for 7 days.
