We contacted this company with an order for a granite fence at the cemetery. We applied in early July, made an advance payment of $ 400, said that it was available. So that as we fill in the foundation and put the tiles (we planned to do the preparation ourselves initially), we will inform them and they will bring the stone, install it. In fact, after a huge number of calls to Dmitry Kremzukov, who often did not answer the phone. Or he just postponed the installation for some personal reasons....we achieved success only in the month of October.
A rare boor who only promises and looks for excuses. The fence was put up poorly, neither side is on the level, (we have already really checked this with the level, after we came to look and saw without the level that the fence is uneven, the partitions are inclined). The stone is rusty, some kind of red - it does not wash off, it is difficult to clean with sandpaper (they tried to clean it themselves), and during installation they broke off a piece of tile (they threw it away and did not even glue it back, it is no longer possible to change the tile) - and they all refuse to fix it, they do not pick up the phone, they answered the sms in a rough form. Don't waste your nerves and money in this company, spend your time better looking for a bona fide company. They obviously just take a bunch of orders, require prepayment and do not have time to do anything, and if they do, it is not high quality. After all, I found out that they were being sued and this was not the first situation.
