We were very disappointed to visit this cafe. Our room was served by an inexperienced waiter, which in itself is of course quite normal, but he managed to completely spoil the impression of our breakfast. About 15 minutes after accepting the order, my friend received all his ordered dishes (which he was very pleased with), but I continued to wait patiently. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the waiter when my dishes would be ready. He said my order was almost ready. An hour after the order, I contacted the manager with the same question. She apologized many times and explained that our new inexperienced waiter had forgotten to "punch" my order and she was ready to cook it out of turn. After thanking her for her apologies and finally receiving my dishes after another 15 minutes, I expected some compensation (free coffee or some similar trifle) for the undelivered inconveniences and the waiter's own apologies for outright lies. I didn't get either one. I doubt that we will return to this cafe again.
We live in the house next door and sometimes visit the coffee shop for pastries/coffee. We came for breakfast, and it was the worst decision. It's not tasty once (but it's a matter of taste), the second is the attitude of the waiters, you can't get through! And they cooked cheesecakes for us-attention 45 minutes! I make them faster at home. We've already eaten our orders, and the child hasn't even started eating breakfast. It is necessary to warn that the order is being made for so long.
The interior is pleasant, but we were praised before the renovation, apparently everything has changed completely, now you can't ask anyone-they only go for bread / coffee, they don't eat.
