I am very disappointed with the Bork service, I did not expect it, I am upset and upset! I ordered a birthday gift for a loved one on the bork website 1.10, paid for the goods in full! The manager wrote to me that as soon as the goods are delivered to the courier service, they will contact me and notify me of the planned delivery ... unfortunately, the bork representative did not fulfill his promise, later I independently began to find out where my goods are and when they arrive to me and oh, horror, I find out that the goods have been transferred to the DPD transport company and expect me to receive it no earlier than 11.10... having expressed her surprise and the need to receive the parcel before the specified time, the manager assured me that she would take the shipment under personal control and do everything possible so that I received my goods! Unfortunately, I did not receive the goods on 11.10, 12.10 and 13.10, and the bork company, shifting all responsibility to the transport company, unsubscribes with apologies and says expect the goods on 16.10 ... that's how the birthday and mood are spoiled from lack of control and unwillingness to support the service ...I'm not sure that my parcel with the goods will come to me on 16.10... but bork's "high service and responsibility" has been assuring me for two weeks that everything is under control and they apologize to me ... consumer rights have been violated and besides, the seller in the person of bork shifts his relationship and problems with the transport company to the buyer... it's sad that the company did not solve the problem in another way when force majeure arose, except to apologize , and not solving the problem of sending a similar product in the shortest possible way and in the shortest possible time, but thereby saving face and service
