I bought kitchen appliances from a company store (refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and extractor hood) for a considerable amount. Then the store staff explained that all the equipment would be installed by their masters and then the warranty would be valid. After a while, their masters were called to install the equipment. The master called yesterday and asked if we wanted them to bring the gas hose and corrugation themselves. We agreed that they should bring the hose and corrugation themselves. And after 2 hours they called and said that they could not bring a hose corrugation. Today, on October 06, two male installers came, but with a delay according to the agreed time and began installing equipment. It all started from the hole for the kitchen hood – Janik looked at the built-in furniture and said to install the hood, you need to cut the kitchen furniture from the bottom above the hob and the back side from the inside (photo # 1)(because of this furniture cutting, I started to get nervous). I told him that there was no other way out – how to cut out finished furniture. And he said that there was no other way out - it was necessary to cut it out. And I told him that maybe part of the tile should be removed if the height fits (photo # 2). Then they said – yes, tiles can also be cut. I asked them – can you make a mark for the hood hole on the wall in the back side (there is not a thick wall there is only one brick) – said while you install the other 4 pieces of equipment, I will make holes for the hood myself. That's when they started saying that this is not their job, but this is the work of furniture makers and they didn't even want to at least verbally say how many centimeters to leave the ceiling and make a hole, and I told them that it was so difficult to make a mark in a human way – and here my nerves gave up and I then told them that they not the last masters in the world – and don't behave like that - and get out of here. Only I don't understand if they want all the holes or this hole for the hood to be ready before their arrival – why come and teach me what to cut kitchen furniture – if you don't want to help, tell us to prepare the holes for installation and leave without giving your "expensive advice". Then I called the call center 78-113-44-40 - they don't even want to listen.
