A great store. Sales consultants are very polite and attentive. They know the assortment and will tell you in any question. The assortment is very large, which pleases. On the first day, a vacuum cleaner with a factory defect was sold, but it was replaced without problems at the service center on a working day with a new one without unnecessary questions and proof requirements. While waiting for a taxi, they even offered tea/coffee. It was very nice and thoughtful of the staff.

A great playground for children. I really liked it. A good range of Bosch products. Sales consultants could be trained to a higher level, or maybe two. But in general, the staff is very friendly. We need to work on the service center. You come with a guarantee, and the guys want to push through a paid scheme, although the warranty card is supposed to be free.
