Bosch authorized service has not been able to repair a washing machine for 1 month and 20 days. for 1 week, my washing machine has been passing me by in the Bosch workshop. they have been waiting for a part for 1 week and a lot of staff who introduce themselves as authorized can't give an answer to when the part will arrive and when the repair will be finished in any way.
