A great hotel, the best in recent times. We were from Aug 28 to Sep 07. The weather was great, the sea was super, at 8:30 in the morning it was very warm.
The attitude of all staff to hotels is class. They give free coffee tickets at Starbucks).
The food was new every day, lamb, shrimp, rolls and a huge amount of fruit were waiting for us!
Alcohol on the Lobby bar: Chivas Regal, Jack Daniels, Gordons, Beefeater. You give a couple of dollars to the bartenders, and you have a great evening provided).
We lived on the 7th floor overlooking the river, silence! I recommend Lyudmila at the reception, she always helped with any requests, we will be very glad to return there again! Thanks

We had a vacation with my husband in October 2023. The hotel is beautiful, there is almost no territory. The room had a view of the pool and the sea. Towels were changed every day. The shower and toilet are in glass partitions, the door is also glass. The glass is frosted, but it's still visible, audible and uncomfortable)).
There were chubby red-haired ants in the room. At a meeting with the hotel guide, we voiced this problem, but we heard the answer that this was not a problem because in Side all houses are infected with ants.
The food is varied. And most importantly, we did not get poisoned or sick during our 10 days of stay.
The beach, the sea is super, 100 points. When you get to the beach, you forget about all the disadvantages of the hotel.
We would have come back again: yes rather than no.

WiFi is everywhere and throughout the hotel and on the beach. I advise you to arrange a specific room at the reception, because somewhere 10-15% of the hotel overlooks the neighboring hotel. We had a rest on October 23. The very end of the season, so there was almost no activity. The hotel is not a party hotel at all, keep this in mind, yes, it is "instagrammed", but not a party hotel!!! We don't need it, so we had a great rest! Do not worry that this is like a second line - there will be no hotels in front of you, it's really two minutes walk to the sea. The sea is beyond praise, the beach is sandy, and the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it does not hurt your feet, so there is no turbidity, the sea is like in Kemer. The food was good, there was a lot of everything and it was delicious. According to the content, this is a very diverse company - German pensioners, Polish couples, Russians with children, and Turks. I will not undertake to evaluate the staff..... but it was clear that they were tired at the end of the season (they weren't rude, of course, but I didn't see much speed even for a couple of bucks).
We liked the hotel, but we wouldn't go the second time, we don't like to relax in the same place twice, we think it's better to see as much as possible, even if the rest was just super. Good luck to everyone.

I wouldn't go to the hotel a second time. The room had stains on the windows, doors to the balcony, mirrors. Shampoo and gel tubes from previous tenants were left in the bathroom, and the toilet door creaked violently. The squeaking and tubes were eliminated after a call to the reception. Since we had a rest from July 1-10, 2024, there were sooo many people, there are no clean tables at breakfast, lunch, dinner. The hotel is overly advertised, because of this, the influx of tourists and the hotel can not cope. The room feels like it hasn't been vacuumed. Queues at the bar for 40 minutes. And a strange system - cocktails are not made in all bars. There is no animation. The evening shows are very weak. Rating 4* only for appearance, entrance to the sea 🌊 good and wonderful Italian ala kart.

Vacationed with my husband at the Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel for a week in May 2024.
I managed to get to this hotel from the third time - the previous times when I planned a vacation, the hotel was "on the stop". The overall rating of the hotel is 4 plus. There are much better hotels in Turkey. We bought the tour from Biblioglobus, flew by Aeroflot. There are no comments in this part - no delays, transfer on comfortable new buses, a very pleasant guide Ekaterina met us and picked us up at the airport.
The "pros"
are a good five at one time, but without a wow effect, the second time we will not include it in the list of hotels to choose from;
- the hotel is relatively new, I haven't had time to "get tired" yet;
-location: 2-3 minutes walk to the sea, who is too lazy to go, electric cars run. Next to the hotel is the final stop of minibuses, you can easily get to the ancient city of Side, Novamall shopping center, Manavgata.
-food and drinks (alcoholic, used) are good;
-live music in the lobby every day - they play the piano;
-there is animation for children and adults (children's discos, aqua aerobics, shooting, water polo, beach volleyball, zumba, foam pool parties, maybe there is something else that I did not mention);
-The hotel is popular with countries such as Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Germany.
"Cons"
- the hotel is still a party, every day until 23:00 there are parties with very loud music, so who wants to be quieter, rooms with a view of the river should not be considered;
-the entrance to the sea is quite sharp, the beach is sandy and pebbly;
-there is no pontoon in the sea, hence the disadvantage - there is no possibility to swim immediately at depth and you can not eat (have dinner) with a view of the sea and sunset;
-the hotel is designed for a large number of people and considering that the hotel is in demand - there are queues everywhere - at the pool bar, in the lobby (especially in the evening), in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the staff tries to work quickly;
-room cleaning is formal - towels, bed linen are changed and garbage is removed from the baskets. Wet cleaning or at least a vacuum cleaner is not carried out.

We visited this hotel in June, we really liked it. The food is varied, the sea view is excellent, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, but the shower and toilet are uncomfortable. There is a car constantly cruising to the beach, but we walked so that there would be at least some activity. We had a family of three (2 adults + 1 child 5 years old) during the period 08.09-15.09 at this hotel. We formulated the pros and cons.
Positive:
1. Proximity to the sea, there is a cart every 5 minutes
2.Everything is at sea (sun beds, umbrellas, drinks, showers, playground, snack bar)
3. Sometimes a musician plays the piano in the lobby (sings very beautifully)
4. There are a lot of seals on the territory
5.The hotel has a children's pool with a canopy (0.4 meters deep)
6. In general, the pools are good, and the left "ear" is heated
Minuses:
1. Room cleaning (the room was very dirty upon check-in, when cleaning was requested, it was not performed, but only the bed was made) photo attached
2. The hotel is very "tired" (outside there is a beautiful picture, but inside everything is held on tape, the laminate is dead in the room, weak air conditioning, the use of cheap building materials is noticeable, mold in the toilet and shower)
3.Room layout (shower and toilet combined with a room for living). If you go to the toilet, everyone will hear)
4. A very long wait for elevators, the hotel is large with 8 floors and it is problematic to get to the exit
5.The speed of Wi-Fi is very poor, you can't even watch the video, everything is in "squares"
6. There is no designated smoking area on the territory of the hotel. People smoke next to children without ceremony, even during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
7. There is no children's animation at all - the children's club is open 2 hours a day(. The children's disco was completely unimpressed
8. As a consequence of point 7, there is no children's menu, only rolls, the food is very overdone.
9.Long queues for food, you need to gain strength to order juice for a child or pasta without seasoning
10.Be careful when choosing a room (river view - in the evening there is a disco that creates an earthquake in the hotel, pool view - there will be no rest during the day from 9-19 music is playing loudly)
11. There are no shops with an adequate price, there are shops at the hotel, but the price tags there are sky-high
12. Take shampoos, shower gels, soap with you, and an air freshener (see point 3) do not replenish anything, or they did not initially exist when you checked in. Which is strange for 5*.

We bought a ticket for 11 days. On the 4th day, the young man's arms, legs and face began to fail. He was urgently hospitalized with a diagnosis of dysentery. He lay under ivs with antibiotics for 2 days. It got better, they prescribed antibiotics, bought them with their own money, and arrived at the hotel. After 2 days, I was picked up by an ambulance with a diagnosis of intestinal poisoning. I was hospitalized, and now I am lying under continuous ivs with antibiotics in the hospital. In both cases, with different diagnoses, doctors found poisoning as a result of the last meal. The deterioration in both cases began after dinner, except for the hotel, they did not eat anywhere. I have to leave in 2 days, but I haven't been discharged from the hospital yet. We lost money for hotel accommodation and part of the money for a pre-paid tour. The hotel denies involvement.

As my friends said, a hotel with painted lips. Outwardly, everything is beautiful, but there are more minuses than pluses. For some reason, in many places of the hotel frankly stinks of sewage. Our room was badly cleaned. There are traces of some sewage on the glass doors of the bathroom. Either someone was sick, or a disorder happened... As for animation - it's not there at all! I haven't seen any animators in a week at the hotel. There were evening shows, but they featured guest artists. One more moment! We rested with a company of 15 people, so 9 of us fell down with rotovirus (vomiting, diarrhea and fever). It is necessary to disinfect public places more often! Restaurant… Everything seems to be there, but somehow everything is not delicious. Maybe there is a problem with chefs, or maybe they are cooked from not very high-quality products. Total: The hotel is designer - instagrammed, there is no territory at all, the food is modest, there is nothing to do here. I won't come back here, that's for sure.

We had a rest with my husband from October 7 to October 14 , 2023 . About everything in order.
Meal. There are no complaints at all. Everything is worthy. The Council. There is no need to run anywhere to take a queue, there is enough for everyone.
Service+staff. Everything was wonderful. The only thing that annoyed me was the offer of massage, and it was quite in a rough form. The cost of the massage is $ 45.
Rooms + Cleanliness. The rooms are just wow!!! Spacious, modern, beyond praise! And of course cleanliness! Special thanks to the maids!
Drinks. Just an abundance (of alcohol)! I can't say about the quality, because I'm not fond of alcoholic beverages. That's the problem with non-alcoholic cocktails, guys!!! That's what I really personally lacked in your stunning hotel.
Location. At first I was a little upset, which is far from the infrastructure, I'm pretty restless! But then I mastered local transport. There is a final stop near the hotel. 11 route goes to Side (cost $ 1, or 25TL), you can walk to the ancient city itself in 10 minutes, and there is also a bus (cost 10TL), back to the hotel returns route No. 10. Route No. 2, you can get to the Novomol shopping center, back to the hotel route No. 10. And also from Novomol you can get to Side, a bus with the inscription Side. However, you can ask, they will politely tell you everything.
Be careful about pharmacies, faced with a delay (Manavgat, near the Bazaar)! Although they assure that this cannot be! Maybe! I bought only in Novomol.

We were at the hotel in October 23. Checked in without questions and surcharges at 11.30 with an official check-in at 14.00. When leaving, you can safely use the infrastructure, eat, etc. BUT the numbers have already been battered by time...the food is monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It gets boring in a week. Tablecloths are leaky, dirty (not always of course, but it's strange to see this), dishes (coffee cups, saucers) are often not washed, coffee machines are very cheap, constantly fail, everything is splashed with coffee. You will have to run for forks and knives, they are served by the staff once at the beginning of each meal, and when visitors change
- he forgets. Leftovers from the tables are cleaned off into carts right next to people who continue to eat.
The promised transfer to the beach (golf carts) rarely go. But it's not far to the sea - about 5 minutes. The pool on the territory is small, you should not count on it. The beach is clean, sheds, hammocks, there is a security guard, a bar with food and drinks.
Sea view rooms - the sea is almost invisible, the sun will shine through the window all day. On the other side of the hotel - there is no sun, but in the evening wait for the discach. It can be heard very strongly. The animation itself, songs, dances - for 3 with a minus, or for a very big fan. Imho live music - as if the guests are singing karaoke. Vacationers at the hotel are mainly Eastern Europe aged 50+. Spa services are aggressively imposed, while there are constant scandals with the staff at the spa reception.
Bottom line: the service absolutely does not correspond to the hotel itself. The overall score is 4 with a minus

What can I say about the hotel? Of course, there were drawbacks, but let's start with a pleasant one.
Positive:
+ The proximity of the sea. The sea is a five-minute walk from the hotel, you can take a ride on a microcar and be there in 2 minutes.
+ The sea itself. Warm, often calm, clean - without algae and jellyfish, the water is transparent.
+ Food. It is diverse, there are a lot of fruits and vegetables. Lots of fresh, delicious fish. Desserts include cakes, watermelon/melon, pastries, ice cream, and pudding. For every taste.
+ Availability of food. There are snack points both by the pool and on the beach. Plus, the hotel itself has a bar in the lobby, a bar on the 1st floor, buns on the 1st floor. You can always eat early in the morning, for example, if you have an excursion: early breakfast lasts from 2 nights (!) until 6 a.m. (at least, that's what it says in the booklet). Then, in the same restaurant there are also "regular" and brunch. In general, you can have breakfast from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. All snack outlets have refrigerators with water and coffee machines.
+ Samples. They give you a free visit to the second restaurant - A la carte (for stays of 7 + days, for persons over 12 years old). They give you a free drink once at the Starbucks coffee shop on the 1st floor. Free trial massage session at the spa on the first day (10 minutes).
+ The beach. There are awnings on the beach above the sun beds - you can always lie down in the shade. In general, the beach is clean. Various water activities are available: water skiing, parachuting, banana, cheesecakes, etc. The beach is spacious, there is no feeling of people being loaded.
+ Shops in the hotel. Everything is at hand, BUT the prices are very high. Keep in mind that they can easily ask for 2 thousand rubles for beach slippers.
+ In general, a pleasant and well-groomed territory, modern, unusual design of the territory and the hotel itself. It is beautiful and stylish, especially against the background of the classic tired sandy buildings of other hotels in the area.
+ Friendly staff.
+ A lot of cats :)
Let's move on to the cons:
- The first and most significant flaw. It's a very long time to wait for the elevator. It often happens that elevators are crammed on one floor, as a result, a lot of people stand for 5, 10, 15 minutes.
- It's stuffy on the floors, in the lobby. It's cool on the 1st floor, which is good.
- It often takes a long time to find places for lunch. The veranda is half empty, because no one wants to sit in the sun, because of this there is a crush inside the restaurant.
- Poor-quality room cleaning. There are strange drops in the bathroom, which were even before we checked into the room. That is, before your arrival, the staff may not clean the room properly after the previous guest. There are pebbles in the bathroom, they just don't sweep it out. The mirrors and windows on the balcony are dirty. Linen is changed once a week (this is a minus for someone, a plus for someone; I just designate it as a fact).
- Strange room layout. There are clearly not enough hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate, separated by a translucent door from the rest of the room. There is a partition separating the bed from the sink and shower with toilet. It's inconvenient to change clothes.
- The mini-bar is not fully replenished. It contains a couple of bottles of fanta, Cola, mineral water and plain water. The Coke was not properly delivered to us for three days.+ On the first day they put 2 bottles of beer, then they do not replenish.
- Weak animation. The children will be bored, the evening shows are average (duration is about half an hour).
- Loud disco. It becomes problematic to fall asleep because of the noise.
- On the beach, wi-fi often falls off. More often it is not there than it works. I am glad that, in any case, they have made wi-fi here at all.
- Very ardent imposition of spa services and products of a local fur and leather store. But they do not touch with the rental of water transport.
- For food: milled coffee in vending machines. Cappuccino smells rotten. The cakes for dessert are of the same type, with an incomprehensible taste. There is little choice for a fasting person. Mom had almost nothing to take for breakfast. I have to ask my uncle for pasta at lunch at the counter - it's inconvenient + the queue.
- There's nowhere else to go except the sea. There are no shops/pharmacies, etc.
Verdict: the hotel is great for those who want to lie belly up for a week or two and relax like a seal, especially without leaving the hotel grounds. We were traveling for this purpose and, in general, we had a good rest. Not without disadvantages, not five stars, but generally good. I would not come here again, not because everything is bad, but because I am reluctant to return to places where we have already been. 4/5.

Vacationed with my wife from 27/09/23.We arrived at the hotel in the evening.The suitcases were dragged to the room by themselves. They gave a room on the 1st floor with a view of the moat and the old inventory under the window, although they booked in Russia above the 1st floor, they changed two more rooms. We had a family vacation from 10.05 to 20.05.The hotel is very beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights are on.Excellent, delicious food, a wide variety of fish, there were seafood.Alcohol is imported.The room was cleaned every day.There are enough sun beds by the sea, there were enough for everyone.The hotel staff are friendly and courteous!The territory is well maintained, the hotel is located very well, on the one hand the sea, on the other the river.I really liked the hotel!I recommend it!

But if you do not look at the above, then the food is delicious, especially steamed vegetables and lamb in its various variations. On another day, sushi was served very much and different. We went on May holidays, so the temperature was normal, although the sea is cool, but you can swim in it. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel itself and they gave out one free coupon for one person everywhere. At dinner, you could always get ice cream in the restaurant, although at lunch it was served by the pool.
The mini bar in the room was replenished every day, and there was also tea, coffee, sugar and an electric kettle in the room itself.
The mattresses are good, they are very comfortable to sleep on.
There is a free sauna, an indoor pool and a coupon for a free 15-minute massage.

I would like to highlight the hookah separately, as in any Muslim country it is incomparable , for $ 20 (the cost of a hookah) you can pull it all evening (from 20-24) and the tastes are fantastic, it's worth it! Excursions are for an amateur , but you are preparing to spend money in all of them!
