A magical place.
I came for my first manicure. The receptionist is a charming beauty. I met her, offered tea and coffee.
Daria, a master of her craft, did everything quickly, clearly, accurately at the highest level. I'll watch the nails in the sock and hopefully become a shoddy customer.

I always come here for manicures and pedicures. Victoria is a master of her craft. The cabin has a very pleasant atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. The administrators are very friendly, the service is at the highest level. In cold weather, they offer tea/coffee with you.

A wonderful salon! I went for a pedicure to the masters of Victoria and Nadezhda - just brilliant! I have never felt so comfortable anywhere! They also helped with the correction of a manicure done elsewhere. The administrator is just a magician - she chose the most convenient time! And master Maria helped with the color selection and took great care of the nail :) Thank you very much! Now the manicure is just for you!

I thought for a long time whether it was worth writing. And yet, perhaps I will help someone with my review.
I was at an eyelash extension in this salon for the first time. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the specialist.
But first, about the pros, the interior is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very polite.
The specialist was even too sensitive to me at first) We chose the eyelashes, the size, and I immediately stipulated that I needed large 2d dolls.
She offered to sleep. I usually do sleep.
But!!! I was completely dissatisfied with the build-up process. And then the result.
I had to endure pain for 2 hours (
The specialist stuck a cloth patch on me, even more like an adhesive tape, which was obviously not intended for the eyes.
But I think okay, maybe it's so convenient for her, the drooping eyelid is still.(although I've never done this before -no one)
When it has already been repeated 4-6 times, peel off and glue a new one. Glue not only the side of the eye, but also on the eyebrows. And clearly the eyebrows were raised. I couldn't stand it and said that it was already hurting me.
She occasionally pinched her eyelid with tweezers. Pressed on the eyelid.
Whose hand was periodically pressed hard on the forehead.
My head has been turned from side to side many times.
I covered my nose with my hand and it was hard to breathe, considering that the glue still smells and causes some kind of congestion.
Of course, she apologized every time, but

I even thought she was a beginner, but I'm not the model they train on.
So in the end, when I saw the result, I was terribly disappointed, not 2d, but classic in front of my eyes. And even the eyelashes themselves are small. It's a pity I didn't take a picture.
Of course, I said that I did not like the result, but I was in a hurry, and in general I was not conflicted (As you can see, I endured for a long time). And I probably wouldn't have written a review if it hadn't been for the result.
When I came home, I saw what the reason was. My eyelashes are white and they are clearly visible against the black background. So half of the eyelashes were without extensions 😡😩
And this means either to paint every time so that it is not visible, or to remove and build up new ones (
And of course, the size of the eyelashes was almost equal to my family, and I asked for much more (

Three times out of four services were rendered poorly.
Manicure was done by different masters and each time some inexplicable failure. Inexplicable because the masters do not see their jambs: wavy top, asymmetrical shape, non-standard coating thickness ... for some reason this is the norm for them.
Salon owners who invest in the service (calling customers, offering spa services with a bonus, beautiful coffee service, etc.) lose customers due to poor-quality work

Не исполнительный салон, если хотите оказаться без неоказанной услуги, то сюда, при выполнении маникюра в конце июля, администратор предложила запись на 16.08, 04.08 пришла смс о закрытии салона и отмене записи, и возможности оказания услуги после 21.08, в этот поомежуток услугу выполнила в другом салоне, но т.к. год я ходила к одному мастеру, записалась на 22.08 , в указанное время салон был закрыт, на звонки администратор не отвечал, а через час перезвонив сказали, что закрыты до 26.08, об отмене записи никто не предупредил. Если хотите чтобы приехать и оказаться в неудел, то сюда

Стильное место, где работают крутые мастера! Маникюр делаю давно у них. Девчонки просто космос! Всегда такие приветливые, деликатные. Выходишь от них в хорошем настроении, отдохнувшая и с красивыми ноготками и волосами. Всем рекомендую 👍
