All the sun beds are cleaned every morning. Great kids' parties. Adults are also pampered with different programs. Various contests are held during the day. You won't get bored by the pools. They'll either drag you into contests or give you drinks. Waiters on roller skates are constantly on guard. A lot of staff speak Russian. There are playgrounds: volleyball, football, lawn tennis and table tennis. You won't stay hungry at the hotel. Of course, there is a lot of food, but not much tasty. The desserts are not pretty and not very tasty. Maybe it's for the best. The fruits were different. . We're in strawberry season. They gave it for dinner, we overeated))). Fish, beef, chicken, turkey every day. The design of the distribution is very mediocre. But it's kind of funny. The alcohol here is not good, but it's also for the best. You can buy good cognac and whiskey at the bar. There is a pharmacy not far from the hotel. Migros can be reached by bus. Alanya is a 40-minute drive away, also by bus for lira. Taxi drivers are barging in, only for euros.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from October 11 to 19. The territory is like a botanical garden, huge, many pools, the beach is clean, there is an area for smokers and non-smokers, there are a lot of sun loungers, everyone had enough, the evening animation is excellent, the food is varied, very tasty and there is so much of it that probably you won't try everything in a month. The staff is friendly, the waiters in all restaurants and bars are responsive, dirty dishes do not stay on the table for a long time. Room cleaning is good, towels were changed every day. Of the cons: the room was on the side of the road, very noisy from cars, alcoholic cocktails were very tasty only in the bar where the reception is. We arrived at the hotel at 10.00, they sent us to eat and said they would check in at 12.00, but when we got to 12 o'clock we were told to come up at 14.00 or there is a free room with a sea view with an additional payment of $ 200. I arrived on my birthday, there was no compliment from the hotel. I didn't report this, I was just wondering if the receptionist staff would notice it themselves, but no! I think that hotels of this level should pay attention to this themselves.
