Thank you so much for a comfortable stay in your guest house!!! The room has everything you need. We lived on the 4th floor, the Internet worked perfectly. If there was no light...that's a maximum of a few hours at night...it didn't bother at all and it happened only a couple of times in 9 days. The sea is 5 minutes away. Shops, pharmacy, canteens.... everything is within walking distance. Mamma Mia dining room is 20 meters away - delicious at home.

It is a pity that due to the weather it was not possible to go with Armen on an excursion to the mountains....but we will definitely come back and catch up)))) Aida, and thank you very much for our check-in and check-out days .... ♥️ Checked us in early, and on the day of departure...despite the fact that the check-out time had come... and it was pouring down on the streets and there was still a lot of time before our departure...We were allowed to stay in the room.

We went here in July 2024. I want to say right away that there is another hotel in Gagra with this name, i.e. if you read good reviews, it's definitely not about Ardzinba 257. We came from Belarus from the travel agency "Favorittrevel". We chose this accommodation according to good reviews, it was not a pity for money (for such an amount people lived in a hotel with two meals a day). Initially, the room was poorly cleaned, there was dust under the bed. I was surprised by the lack of bedspreads. I said this, but they either did not understand me, or did not want to understand, they gave me one small blanket.The room was cleaned once, so to speak, it was offered. But after cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, we decided that it was better without cleaning. Towels could be changed if necessary, but we used our own, because here the towels are such that there is no certainty that they were washed and ironed. The Internet on our floor was in the hallway and pulled only on one chair, and then not always. The street is central, it is impossible to sleep at night from the wild screeching wheels of local reckless drivers (and they obviously do not drive here according to the rules). A separate problem: dangerous stairs: I twisted my leg, it's really terrible. Only the photo is beautiful here, by the way, even the pink plant has already dried up, so it's time to change the photo. The owner likes to sleep before lunch and does not particularly care about the problems that have arisen. All the people were here with nausea or vomiting, someone had a day, someone had two, and someone had most of the rest. Once the lights went out in the city, there are no generators here. Do it without electricity and water, you can't even flush the toilet, horror ((( for that kind of money, service 0. The house looks beautiful, the furniture at first glance is also not bad, but una is still peeling off her film. The beds are creaky, the mattresses are uncomfortable, dirty.
It's not us who are picky, that's how it is. We have also visited the private sector in Crimea, but there was an appropriate price, but here there is just a dissonance. There are some sewers all around the territory. The facade of the house itself is in some places with a broken decorative stone. So think about what minute the next one will fall off. In general, it is much more beautiful in staraya Gagra, you are here as if in a market, there are only stalls around. There are many palm trees in old Gagra and the embankment is more beautiful. The old buildings are beautiful, but they are falling apart and no one cares about them. I also wanted to write: God forbid you get to the hospital in Gagra. Cigarette butts on the stairs, peeling and mildewed walls, the staff does not use gloves at all.

I am writing a negative review so that other people do not spoil their rest. Rested there from August 2 to August 15. We have just returned from Abkhazia, rested from 2.08.23 to 15.08.23 in a guest house on Ardzinba 257. Let you not even have the idea to stay there by pecking ea beautiful photos in this place. There is no sanitation in principle, the poor only one at that time, Sonya, who is cleaning, for all 13 days of our stay we rented a room and a house for 6 people on the 3rd floor, no one ever came to clean, the only time in the room was only changed the bed and then at my very urgent request, I also asked for a towel once and then there was no complete set, get ready for the aromas of the sewer directly, here they have no idea about cleaning the drains , the pallet is filled with water, it is not possible to wash, they cleaned themselves so that they do not wash in the flaps. There is a TV, it works, but it does not show channels, if you take into account the constant lack of electricity, then it makes no sense to turn it on. 4.08 or 5 Aida went somewhere, armen just drank from all the problems and hid in his room. You will enjoy the noise of car engines of hot Abkhazian drivers! The Internet was in very rare cases, and not for long. The constant blackout led to the shutdown of refrigerators and air conditioners. For 4 days, the air conditioner just knocked like a jackhammer, it was unbearable to sleep, on the 4th day I just caught him and he inserted an empty pack of cigarettes into the curtains of the air conditioner, the knocking stopped for a long time and everything happened again at night. The water did not always reach the 3rd floor. Mattresses- they don't know what cleaning is, it's just awful. Armen can't do anything and doesn't know how, only promise and deceive, stupidity on stupidity and forgot what he promised. The mattresses are old, dirty, the springs stick out so that it hurts to lie down, smelly. You can't even brush your teeth with water from under the koan, after a couple of hours of rotovirus. Everyone in this house is sick with them, complete unsanitary conditions, no one is watching anything. Abkhazia is beautiful, it is definitely worth visiting here and do not draw conclusions on individual unscrupulous tenants, and I am writing a bad review for the first time. I am very patient with people when traveling, and I can wash myself and change the bed, well, when you come back from the sea and there is no light, no water, no promised Wi-Fi, damn, everything just starts to annoy. The generator man could not invent to make it more comfortable for people to rest, so we brought them 250 tons of money, greedy and with a low level of development.
