The hotel is located in the Miraflores area, which (which is important for Lima) is safe. The oceanfront is a 10- 15 minute walk away. The promenade is very decent (parks, sports grounds, monuments, etc.). The hotel itself is quite 4 stars and we had a good rest in it after Cusco and Iquitos.
