In this situation, I turned to the expert organization of the consumer society of Minsk to conduct a paid examination of shoes.
06/20/2024 The examination confirmed the factory /production defect of the shoes.
In such a case, the Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer the amount paid for the shoes and reimburse the amount paid by the Buyer for the examination. Due to the fact that there was no necessary amount to be reimbursed in the store (according to the deputy. the deadline for the refund of the amount is calculated from the date of return and will be 7 (seven) calendar days.
06/27/2024 I handed over documents to the store (expert opinion, payment receipts) and a pair of shoes for return. As evidenced by the entry in the book of complaints and suggestions No. 11 dated 06/27/2024.
03.07.2024 The money for the shoes and for the examination carried out was returned by the Seller in full.
This is the second time I have come across absolutely unethical behavior of consultants when they consider it possible to look into my dressing room without warning and demand. I understand that they want to know if I need help, etc., but is it really impossible to ask about it without pulling back the curtain.
