Hello everyone! In the first I flew alone and without a tour package. I booked the hotel in the “one, two, trip" application. The hotel is not bad, clean, daily cleaning, I lived on the 5th floor, the room was well maintained and the audibility was not strong (right wing)They talk noisily on the left, slippers, water and a shower set and a dental kit are made of buns in the rooms. Very friendly staff especially Ali, Nihat and driver Alik, thank you for your help and kindness! The breakfasts are normal, you won't stay hungry. On the first day there was a very tasty breakfast , mushrooms, vegetable stew , well, eggs and sausages every day too. By the way, the restaurant does not cook badly and the prices are normal. I really liked the soups there. Here's a tablecloth that could be washed. And the view is so cool, by the way, when I booked for this view and fell in love) the location is not bad, I even walked to the old town on foot) There is a big event in Baku soon, so traffic jams are all around and it is easier to walk. In general, for this price, a wonderful hotel!
Five stars only for the hotel and its location.
For the service, a solid 2 (two).
Now for more details. The attitude towards customers is simply at the level of gender.
To settle customers in a room of a hotel that positions itself on the 4th floor, in which there is not a single towel, toilet paper, kettle and tea set.
And most importantly, there is no reaction to the remark for three hours.
In general, just a hostel.
We did not receive satisfaction from the hotel.
The hotel is expensive, the materials are good, but the hotel is poorly maintained. Many rooms are smoked to the point of impossibility, the carpet on the floor is dirty with stains, there is hair on the toilet floor, the stairs between the floors are dirty, and he lived there for 4 days and no one cleaned the dirt during this time. Breakfasts are weak, there are not always even eggs and the cheapest sausages. Instead of Baku tomatoes, plastic Turkish ones... The restaurant is on the top floor with a good view of the sea, but the windows are so dirty that you will not be able to enjoy the view.... I wish the administration to establish cleanliness and order...
Yes, I forgot to say when checking into a paid room, they did not want to check in, allegedly there were no rooms, they tried to send them to some 3-star barn in the industrial zone, they made a scandal...
Hello Baku! As you can see, it is a very beautiful city, because a lot has changed, the Black City has been connected to the White City and the boulevard has been expanded. We built a hotel where we stayed. The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant, it was a pleasure to communicate with them. Everything was wonderful
Oh... well, where should I start
Upon arrival in Baku, there was a terrible downpour, while I was waiting for a taxi, I got soaked through.
We settled in without any problems, the girl at the reception, unfortunately, did not recognize the name, 21.10 is wonderful.
No one accompanied me to the room, well, okay)
I threw my things and wanted to dry my hair- the hair dryer did not work.
The girl assured that she handed everything over to the master (as the master later shared, no, although the employees have a common chat room where they share current issues / tasks)
They don't give you an umbrella, it's not scary either, it's 3.
The room is tired, dirty, there are a lot of burnt cigarette marks on the furniture, but in general, for this money (10,500 for 2 nights) it is normal.
In the room of buns : shampoo, gel, soap, body lotion, slippers.
The shower smells damp, the tiles are dirty, time does not spare anyone.
The bed is great, the blanket is heavy, the pillows are soft, I got enough sleep both days.
Deluxe room with sea view-partial view, gas station attracts more attention)) but again, no questions to the hotel.
Near the hotel there is a 24-hour minimarket and Bravo. It's a long way to the center, but I knew where I was going.
The next day I had an important concert, and I asked three times (!) to fix the hair dryer. Each time, different people answered the phone at the reception and promised that everything was about to be fixed.
Having gone down there and asked for the 4th time, the master finally came. But my hair had already dried itself, and I went to the event without styling.
The master, by the way, is a very cool guy. Sympathetic and always ready to help (if the reception staff had passed requests to him)
Breakfast:It's a poor choice, but you won't stay hungry. An employee can make an omelet, but you need to ask. Instant coffee. Corn and mashed potatoes-with sourness.
What else should I add?
Oh, yes
My flight was postponed for 3 hours and at 10.05 I called the reception to find out about the late check-out. They allowed me to stay for free until 14.00
I relaxed and took my time, but at 12.45 I got a call from the reception and was asked to go out with my things. Like, they couldn't, well, let me stay until 14.00
I packed up in a panic and in a hurry and said goodbye to this hotel forever.
It turned out to be a complete horror with this hotel. I do not recommend anyone to book anything here.
We booked the room in advance, paid 100%. When we arrived (September 21, 2024), we were told that there were no rooms in the hotel! And they offered to spend the night at their company's hotel, which is located nearby, also 4*.
As a result, they brought us to a 2* hotel, which is on the other side of Baku. But we decided to turn a blind eye to this, not spoil our mood, spend the night in this one, and then return to the one where we booked.
But then it's more interesting!
The next day we returned to the Boulevard Side, but we were told that the room was being cleaned and could not be accommodated yet. We waited 40 minutes, but we wanted to walk, enjoy our vacation, and not sit in the lobby of the hotel. We left our things at the reception and went for a walk. We returned late, around 9 p.m. We come to the reception, there is another hotel employee who tells us: "and we don't have any places, I don't know why they told you that there are places.....". We are shocked to ask: and what should we do? To which the hotel employee says that he can't help us in any way! This is all despite the fact that we have a paid room in this hotel!
We're calling the police! The police arrive in 30-40 minutes, communicate with the hotel and promise that the hotel will refund our money. We went to another hotel and paid for a room.
We hope for a refund.
That's the creepy story of this hotel. I advise you to avoid it!
The hotel is terrible!
1. The renovation is very old, and in general the rooms are dirty.
There are stains on the carpet, bed linen with holes. The air conditioner was dirty, dust came out of the ventilation when it was turned on and it was impossible to breathe.
2. The breakfasts are disgusting. sausages were simply given boiled in a film, sometimes there was simply no food left at 9 a.m. Although breakfast is before 10.
3. Problems with electricity. Our first group was not checked in on the first day due to the lights not working in the rooms. The other two rooms did not have all the switches working and lived in semi-darkness.
4. Wi-Fi is just a name. It works for at most 10 minutes, then turns off. and in general it works very slowly.
5. The door did not close in one of the rooms because the lock was jammed, but no one came to change or fix the door during the week of staying there, although we notified the administration about it upon check-in.
6. The rooms were cleaned once every 3 days. And apparently the cleaners also used the toilet, but that's okay, but sorry to leave used pads in the room is too much!
We stayed at the hotel during a business trip. We booked 8 rooms, and all of the above items fit the description of all rooms.
We were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the hotel. I do not advise staying in it.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights with friends. We chose a hotel based on its location. It is a little far from the Old City, but taxis are very affordable in Baku. On average, 150-200 rubles in the city.
The hotel liked the breakfasts, everything was: fried eggs, hot dishes, salads, cheeses, fruits, sweets, drinks. And the most interesting thing is the view from the window. You can see the sea during the day, and the Lights of Baku in the evening.
One evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very affordable prices and large portions. It was delicious. The waiters are very polite.
The rooms are ordinary, the cleanliness is average. Everything worked fine. For me, it was a big minus - I didn't catch Wi-Fi in the room at all, even in the lobby with difficulty. But I caught it perfectly in the restaurant.
We were satisfied with the hotel. For a little money - just fine 👌
!!!The hotel does not check in!!!!
The hotel works according to the scheme: book a room, come to the hotel, where they tell you that they do not see your reservation and there are no available rooms! After that, in order not to cancel and not to leave the guests on the street, they offer to move to a partner hotel located somewhere on the road in an industrial area!
At the same time, on the services: Yandex. Travel and the Island at this moment, available rooms are displayed!
The staff is friendly, not annoying, the service is too unobtrusive😁😁rooms from the standard category with nuances)) the food is ordinary, the location is very convenient, the appearance of the hotel is very modern. I missed the extra services at the hotel)) from the beauty and fitness category
Not bad for all this money! It was not enough that there were no hot dishes at breakfast. The rooms are clean, towels were changed. The staff is polite! I recommend it!
The hotel is located within walking distance from the sea, grocery stores, KFC, there are several restaurants. If you see the sights, then by taxi or on foot.
He lived on the second floor with a view of the ruins. Personally, it didn't matter to me.
The price of a room on the website is 60 manat/ day, and they sold it to me for 70 manat. About $42.
In my room 202, there was a foreign smell in the toilet. The furniture is in good condition. There are a couple of channels in Russian.
Outwardly, an ordinary room like many hotels for moderate money.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 6th floor with a great view of the sea or the city.
The breakfasts are normal, but I note that they are cold. For some reason there is no system to keep them warm or hot.
If you order food in a restaurant, they cook delicious. Naturally, the price for alcohol is higher. If the cost in the store is 0.5 for 7 manats, it will cost 30 in the restaurant. This cost is almost everywhere.
There are Russian speakers at the reception.
But there was a problem with the departure. Our accounts were not prepared, and the one who can do them is absent and will be in an hour. And we have a plane. They knew that we were leaving and could not prepare an invoice in advance.
I recommend it for unpretentious travelers or business travelers.
Gentlemen Russian-speaking tourists, this is the most honest review. Pay attention to him! I read reviews myself before going to hotels, like most of you, and I think it's fair to write a review on my own. If everything was fine, then I would just give five stars and not write a word, but this is not the case. There were quite two impressions from staying at this hotel. 4 stars - apparently this is a self-proclaimed status.
Everything is OK at the reception, they accept payment in dollars and manats, I did not try it in rubles, I arrived with bucks. We even went to a meeting, the dollar/manat conversion at the time of payment was at the level with good exchangers. They didn't cash in here. The staff speak Russian, maybe not so cleanly, but you can contact them. I must say right away, if they tell you that wow, how cool, there is a room on the fifth floor, the view is cool, then think carefully. The view is probably normal from the 4th floor, but you won't really want to hear chairs being dragged at night in a restaurant on the 6th floor (it works 24 hours). Cleaning sucks! I saw the cleaners only 1 time in 8 days! They come, make the bed in a couple of minutes, take away the trash, take the towels and leave... they take the towels away, but they don't bring anything in return. As a result, my wife and I had already started calling and arguing, then the boy from the reception brought us one big towel and that was it... this trouble with towels was there throughout the rest. The bed linen is old and torn. Vacuuming? No, you haven't heard.. once, on the second day of my stay, I dropped the chip set on the floor between the bed and the bedside table, I think, well, they'll clean it up. But that was not the case. Until we had already arrived, we probably would not have had our room vacuumed. And this is for a second 6 days from the moment of our settlement. That is, if we hadn't told, then maybe the next guests would have had our surprise.
The bathroom has a shower stall. The shower and the mixer, which is located at the level of the shin, were properly applied by my wife with my foot, it was unpleasant. The mixer is still so angular. It hurt))) bring brushes and pastes with you, they are not given out
The breakfast restaurant is bullshit. There is no variety. A parody of the buffet, but, alas, only a parody. Half-eaten cheeses, sausages, olives!!!, they do not hesitate to put them back on common plates when visiting. Well, that's for sure. But, it is worth paying tribute - to come and eat in the evening is quite normal and delicious.
WiFi does not work adequately! More precisely, probably if it has earned, then you are lucky! And this is quite problematic, because it is impossible to buy a local SIM card using a foreign document or a foreign passport. They asked for a late check-out and agreed to simply extend the time to 15 hours for free.
I put two stars for the restaurant staff (in the evening) and for the reception staff.
They do not check in even with a paid reservation!!
I booked a room 2 weeks in advance on Yandex.travel, the payment was completed. Upon check-in, we are informed that they do not see a reservation and there are no rooms available. At the same time, they ask to cancel the reservation) after long proceedings, they offered a room in another hotel 5 km away, in some industrial zone.
An excellent inexpensive hotel with a chic breakfast (hot, cheeses, sausages, fruits, drinks, snacks, cookies, dried fruits). It is located not very far from the center (to the Government House, where all buses run 10 minutes on foot). There is a bus stop 46 under the windows, but it goes from the center. We lived on the 2nd floor and with Windows on the Flame Towers, not very quiet, but not loud as in the center. We slept with the windows open in October, mosquitoes are overpowering. On occasion and opportunity I will stay here again, I really liked it. Another of the disadvantages is a weak Internet, so check your mail and sit in the messenger, work and watch a movie and don't dream, and even azercell's cell phone barely works here.

I got a very unpleasant story with this hotel. I booked and paid (about a month before the trip) for the room. I arrived at the hotel at night, but they don't want to check me in, they say that I allegedly canceled my reservation yesterday. I didn't cancel anything, I checked the Trip where I booked, everything is confirmed, there are no cancellation messages.
Then the employee at the reception tells me that, unfortunately, they don't have any seats and he can't check me in.
I demand to call the manager or the owner of the hotel, he tells me that there is no one there right now. Then he tells me that he can take me to another hotel for one night, with which they allegedly cooperate. I refuse. Fifteen minutes of verbal sparring - and this employee still "finds" a room for me in this hotel. I'm checking in.
I was assigned room 209. The number is dead. Dirty carpet, torn sheet, stained curtains, cracked chipboard furniture, traces of pigeons on the balcony.
There is practically nothing to eat for breakfast. The view from the window is of a construction site, a car park, well, and some beautiful buildings in the distance.
The hotel is located far from the center, you will have to take a taxi.
I strongly do not recommend this place.
Alas, only three stars, and that, solely because of the location, polite staff and high-quality service in the restaurant, otherwise there would have been two stars with a stretch, for example, our room, by the way, deluxe, was in poor condition, the toilet was falling apart, the night light on one side did not light up, the carpet was all in spots of unknown origin, the toilet was somehow repaired, the rest is apparently no longer subject to and this is deluxe,
I do not recommend this hotel, the first room was smoky, they moved to another, it turned out to be very dirty, the water does not go away in the shower, the kettle was brought on request for the 3rd day)))
Khalid is the best manager in Baku!!! The hotel price quality is excellent.
And most importantly! All administrators from Khalid's submission, well, very friendly. It remains to change the carpet to a new dark one!
We would like to express our great gratitude to the staff. For their kindness and politeness, we have created an atmosphere of excellent rest. A beautiful restaurant with a panorama of the sea and 100% excellent cuisine. The photo is completely true. The hotel met our expectations 100%. Thanks! I'm sure we'll be back)!
I booked a room in advance (a month in advance) through the hotel's website, called the staff - no prepayment was required, the reservation was confirmed. The day before departure, we received a notification that the booking was canceled by the hotel. When I called the reception, I didn't even hear an apology, only template conversations that they can't help in any way, they are not responsible for the site. Extremely low customer orientation, I do not advise you to rely on them, they will let you down and will not even help in solving the problem. I booked in another hotel on the day of departure a little more expensive, but without a headache, with good and polite staff in the historical center of Baku, near Fountain Square. To some extent, after a while, I'm even glad that it happened, but before the flight, the mood was spoiled. I don't recommend it

Terrible attitude towards customers. We arrived at the hotel, they refused to check us in, deceived us that there was no light in the rooms, sent us to another Anatolia hotel, which was all smoky and next to the construction site.
Only after complaining to the Island, they were settled for the 2nd day. They gave me a room on the 5th floor, a restaurant on the 6th floor and I could hear heavy chairs moving on the floor all night in the room. No one even thought to glue the soft legs on the chairs. We only came for 3 nights, the impression is spoiled by the whole country, we will not come again.
Very dirty rooms, stinks even at the beginning of the room. The water in the shower was barely flowing and not always hot. The linen is not fresh, everything is rumpled. The beach is dirty, there is a jamb at the reception for fools who do not understand Russian. I don't recommend it
I was on a business trip, accidentally got into this hotel, wonderful staff, excellent cuisine, the rooms are just chic for these prices, I recommend it!!!
Well, what to say.The best place. The best panorama in noyers and also in the restaurant.I advise everyone. The rooms are cozy, everything is always clean. The staff is working with a bang. And also a huge thank you to Anar, who works at the reception. He will always help you in any case.Thank him very much))

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Good price tag. Delicious food in the restaurant
A nice hotel with a wonderful panoramic view from the restaurant and excellent staff, the only drawback is the remote location from the metro station (Hatai station is under repair, it takes about 30 minutes to walk to Sahil) to the old town 3.1 km
