I ordered a bouquet of flowers from you as in the photo, the price of the bouquet was 60,000 tenge (at the time, the price was not so small), the photo of the bouquet for 60,000 was quite large. BUT they sent a bouquet TWICE as small as originally stated (you can count on one white twig, there are 6 pieces in the photo from the seller, and, in fact, 1, I'm already silent about the number of peonies). What's that supposed to mean? Plus, the flowers were not the first freshness, which is why they disappeared the next day + delivery, initially the time that was specified was one, they were delivered later, and they also did not warn that there would be delivery at another time (and if the person was not there, then we have to wait all day?). I am very disappointed, I would not recommend this store.
