A wonderful cozy hotel in an amazing location, convenient access to all attractions. Wonderful atmosphere, fresh renovation, friendly receptionists and a great quality breakfast. We looked through all the hotels in Tbilisi in search of the perfect one. This one is perfect! I really hope to come again😊

I learned about the Urban Boutique Hotel from the largest directory about Georgia - madloba.info . The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Rustaveli Avenue, which makes it very convenient for walking and sightseeing. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms with toiletries, and some rooms also have balconies. The hotel offers a restaurant, a terrace and free parking. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available. There are various cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Attractions such as Samaya Garden, Tbilisi Concert Hall, Shota Rustaveli Theater, Heroes Park, Freedom Square, the Presidential Palace and the Assumption Church of Metekhi are within walking distance. It sounds very attractive, and I intend to visit this hotel on my next trip to Tbilisi.

One of the best hotels in Tbilisi! Super location. The staff's super attitude towards the guests. Excellent breakfast quality. The hotel is located in the very tourist center of the city. Stunning views of the entire old town, the fortress and the Kura River. Personal thanks to Gia and all the staff.
