The staff is kind, the girls are beautiful. they explain everything , if you need two beds , then they immediately clarify . There 's a fire in porridge for breakfast . parking spaces are available. The rooms are nice. But the bar is expensive.

I stayed for 3 days at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised, the rooms are clean, cleaned by default every day, good Internet, the girls at the reception are very friendly. Good breakfasts, lunch and dinner menus are very decent. Very quiet.
I recommend.

I have lived here with pleasure and comfort for 5 weeks. Polite staff. A comfortable bed. A clean room. There is a refrigerator and a TV with Internet in the room. The Internet is stable. The kitchen at the hotel is pleasant and inexpensive.

The breakfasts are meager. Constant problems with access to the room. They only give us one key card for the room, it's inconvenient for double rooms, At one point we just couldn't get into the room because of the locked door when we had to pick up our things and leave, the neighbors in the room, according to them, had cockroaches.....

Great hotel, I've been staying here for the second year. There is a parking lot. The room has a kettle, tea/coffee, water, refrigerator, air conditioning. Very spacious. I recommend it!

It was in October 2022. Everything is very good: clean, cozy. The problem is that at this time, Russians were leaving the mobilization and hoteliers inflated prices. A single room cost 45,000 tenge, which is very cool by local standards. Profiting from someone else's misfortune, I think, is not very good.

The hotel is empty after renovation. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day. The gym is empty, without equipment. The price is expensive.
