an excellent, modern hotel, although located in the old foundation, was in October 2024, recently renovated, clean and cozy, good breakfasts, excellent location in the pedestrian street area, although because of this there is a slight disadvantage that a taxi will not be able to drive up to the entrance to the hotel, you will have to walk about 100 m, at the reception there is no Russian-speaking staff, so from you, either knowledge of English or an online translator, those who want to iron clothes will have to contact the reception and ask for a service for ironing clothes (because they do not give irons to the rooms and there are no ironing rooms), three things for free. There is also a free afternoon snack from 12:30 to 14:00, tea, coffee and several types of pastries. The climate system works fine, plus the windows open. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room has good plumbing, but all communications, starting with lighting and ending with the air conditioning system, did not always work properly. We spent two nights from January 31-2, the hotel lobby and rooms were not decorated in any way, the coffee machine broke down for breakfast on January 1, the staff was not friendly, the view from the window directly onto the Museum wall. I will note the cleanliness of the room, excellent orthopedic mattress! Good noise isolation between rooms.

Nice hotel in the city center. Near the museum, the main pedestrian street. The rooms on the fifth floor have large balconies. The rooms have all the necessary hygiene products, a kettle, a coffee maker, etc. The breakfast is a delicious buffet.

Cleaning is not daily, hot water is very bad, there was smoking in the next room and all the smoke was drawn through my room. Breakfast is only from 8:00 am according to the cards that need to be taken daily.

The electronic scoreboard near the door, where the do not disturb, get out statuses are displayed, did not work. They didn't fix it in a week, although they promised several times. It created discomfort.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, clean rooms, quiet, central. But there are many disadvantages:
1. It's very cold, and you can't increase the temperature yourself - only at the reception
2. Meager breakfasts with plastic eggs. It gets so boring in a week that you don't want to come back. And there is no tea
3. Drinking water and shampoos are not replenished in the room. There are no spoons, forks or can openers. Only two cups
The price of the hotel is quite high, so these disadvantages are very significant

I liked the hotel, stayed there for a few days. A big plus is the location. You go out and immediately find yourself in the old town with cozy streets with lots of cafes.
