Positive:
A quiet place near the tourist center. The rooms are clean and fresh. Own restaurant and parking. Shopping center and supermarket are within walking distance.
Minuses:
The chefs' qualifications regarding some of the dishes are questionable. For example, the herring in the snack "in Russian" was served sliced right with the insides, uncleaned and unwashed. They immediately tried to correct the remark.

Great hotel, wide spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, but they don't know how to make cappuccino coffee)))) upon check-in, there is a compliment in the rooms, which is pleasant for any guest. Attentive and friendly staff. There is room service, excellent cuisine with quite large portions. And also the price-quality ratio is excellent! I will be glad to stay at this hotel again!

I stayed for two nights at this hotel on New Year's Eve. I liked everything very much. Nice and clean rooms, very friendly service.
The hotel also had a New Year's Eve program on New Year's Eve - I liked everything, it was fun and delicious. There is a private parking on site.

The service is super, the girls are attentive, very clean and cozy! The rooms are cool, the bed is three with a child, they fit comfortably, the shower room is clean, there are bathrobes, many different towels, hygiene products are all there! A great room is a deluxe double room. Large area, comfortable bed, safe, refrigerator. The bathroom is large, two sinks are very convenient. The breakfast is excellent, there is a large selection. The Wi-fi worked fine. We slept peacefully at night - no one made any noise.

For me, this is the best hotel. We stayed in many cities, for such a price, you will not find such a huge room. Yes, there is no pool and spa, but I don't have time to go there. The mattress is great, especially for my sore back. In rixos, I had to sleep on the floor at all, the mattresses there are unrealistically soft. Silk Way and the breakfasts are delicious, better than the hilton. And the staff is just lovely. I have been to Turkestan more than once, and staying only there.

A spacious room. Everything is relatively new and fresh for March 2021. The restaurant is expensive, but the food is delicious. I liked the breakfast too. The staff is friendly and goes to a meeting. If their prices suit you, then you will not be disappointed. We had a choice between them and gichos - here you will get a room 2 times larger in size for the same money or even a little cheaper.

This is the most excellent hotel in Turkestan. This hotel has a large hall and spacious rooms, good ventilation, enough oxygen, there is no tension. Breakfast is 100 points, the staff is friendly. We checked into this hotel by accident, because there was no place in other hotels, and where there was, there was a nightmare (stank, old bed linen). We searched for a hotel for a long time and found this hotel, it was very late, but we were so warmly welcomed, fed, and watered. Many thanks to the girl named Lashyn, she organized everything so quickly. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
