+ You can see good financial investments in the hotel, expensive-rich.Beautiful interior, expensive furniture, high-quality textiles. The hand of a good host-hostess is felt. Spa-everything is very reasonable, compact.Clean, neat.I liked the female masseuse Jan.A very professional massage, only from her.Of course, several procedures are missing, if evaluated as a sanatorium, for example, Charcot Shower, acupuncture. Restaurant.A good breakfast. The waiters are not noticeable, but there is enough of everything, they bring it and take it away. This is how waiters should work (without delays and expectations).More praise for the host and hostess of the hotel.Across the street there is a huge sanatorium Winsdor, also 4 *. There is no comparison in such stars. The sky (Aqua Marina and the earth , or rather the sovdepovsky barn with an ugly Winsdor kitchen/I wish you prosperity ! Hello Belarus!!!!
- Cancel lunches and dinners.Very sparse.(No customers, no choice) To leave ONLY one competent specialist from the female staff at the reception -Svetlana!
I really liked the hotel!! Great location!! Right in the middle of the BOARDWALK!! Clean rooms!! Very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners!! It's like homemade food!! And pleasant service’ !!! Well, I liked everything, there's nothing to complain about!! Well done!! Thank you!! I will recommend it!! Sincerely, Olga
We were in early July. The first week was a nightmare: a film festival was held in Karlovy Vary. People walk in droves, loud music, noise, cars serving the participants of the festival, it is impossible to fall asleep. In the hotel itself, the food leaves much to be desired: dishes are often over-salted, salads with mayonnaise with eggs not eaten for breakfast, juices diluted with water, yoghurts in cups with expired shelf life. My mother's makeup bag was stolen in her room. The hotel claims not to smoke, but you can hear the smell from the neighboring rooms. - Such is the negative against the background of politeness and attentiveness of the staff.
I will add to the comparison that being in Karlovy Vary in 2011 at the Richmond Hotel (also 4*), the impressions are much more positive, especially in nutrition.

One of my favorite small hotels, where I stayed most often, next to the Colonnade.Located near the springs themselves, just around the corner! It's old, but very cozy!
