I handed over the parcel, everything went quite quickly and kindly. There are boxes and packaging film. There are not very many people, 1 person besides me, watch the download depending on the time. Everything is poorly understood with the payment - as a result, I paid in advance through their website in the Republic of Kazakhstan, where there is not even a personal account. And there is 1 reception point for the whole city... You can usually find a promo code. It turns out to be cheaper than other companies.

This is the point of Alem-tat, a Kazakh company that Boxberry calls its partner in Kazakhstan. But for some reason, when placing an order (shipment) on the boxberry website, they refuse to accept the parcel at this point. They can't accept Boxberry, but they immediately offer to send it on their own (for triple the price)... I don't understand what is the point of having such a "partner"? Extremely negative experience, I do not recommend it
