Nice polite guys... but a completely insane work schedule! That's when, tell me, to pick up a parcel for a person who works? Well, do it from 12 to 20. But not only is the schedule inconvenient, they don't even work on it! Coming by 10 a.m. is useless - they never open on time. And even by 10:30 they don't open: I came twice around this time and both times in vain!
