Sometimes the owners themselves work there and they are interested in the opinion of customers, which is very rare nowadays. If something is wrong with the food, you can calmly approach and the issue is resolved positively, without any show-offs and denials.

We bought 3 shawarma (one dry pita bread, chicken is indicated, but it's not clear what, there is no bacon in BBQ, the cheese shawarma smelled terrible, and the Asian one was so spicy that I had to throw it away (there were 3 pieces of jalapeno, it was impossible to eat, one plus the shrimp is delicious, the shawarma was redone 2 times ) The doughnuts are greasy and cold, with only 2 doughnuts worth of powder. The prices are too high, for the first time such a case that all 3 shawarma went to the trash. The maximum is to drink coffee, and then I wouldn't come back for it again …

Always fast and delicious. The shawarma is great , but the amount of filling and sauce depends on the shift, the guy puts more 😅 The burgers are sealed at all top, very juicy, and have not been seen anywhere like this. Donuts are delicious too, but the shape of course suffers periodically.
They often make promotions for free shawarma when ordering, or when buying from two - cola for free.

In general, it's an unrealistically cool place. Very tasty, very good staff simple, smiling. Very tasty hot dogs , donuts , shawarma is average in taste , but a big plus is that there is little fat sauce . A very good place I recommend to stop by and try. Good luck to you you are cool

The restaurant in Minsk is great, it was very disappointing in Gomel (it was better in the summer).
We ordered a great Dane and a belyash, there are no questions for belyash, but there are a lot of Great Dane. It is impossible to eat a loaf, it is dry and stale. There is a burnt chicken skin in the filling. The staff is unpleasant, very sluggish.

Шаурма так себе (по крайней мере сырная). Вся развалилась на половине. По вкусу не очень...ничего такого. Много капусты и мало мяса и получается так ,что на один укус приходится только капуста, на второй мясо...вместе никак.

Это просто трэш!!!!!
Глядя на завышенную цену обычной стандартной шаурмы, решил что выше будет и качество или хотя бы ее размер, но наивно заблуждался ...
Отвратительная шаурма, пожалуй хуже ещё не пробовал за всю свою бытность!
Экономят как на мясном продукте (которого там попросту нет), так и на обычной дешёвой упаковке, укладывая пропитанный соусом продукт в обычный негерметичный термопакет, в следствии чего всё содержимое сочится и просто проливается наружу...
Обслуживание настолько корявое и безграмотное, что по сути испортило настроение на весь день...
Время ожидания дольше 30 минут при абсолютно нулевой загруженности повара, за это время заказанный кофе настолько остыл, что попросту был выброшен в мусорку, вслед туда же полетел и этот кошмарный "шедевр" кулинарии...
Позор владельцу, за столь низкий уровень организации кафе, при любой возможности буду ходатайствовать о прекращении деятельности подобного ужасного заведения!
Дорогие гомельчане, обходите стороной это кошмарное место, у нас в городе полно достойнейших кафе быстрого питания, где всегда готовы радовать и дарить удовольствие в обмен на потраченные нами деньги!

Terrible shawarma, terrible smell. I stood for 5 minutes, and everything smells like food. The tables are dirty and wet. They didn't even put napkins in the bag and the prices are huge.
