In August, the manager called me and asked me to pay another 50% in advance, supposedly to close the plan. We are all human beings, I went to meet you
The end of September, we are negotiating the final project, and it has begun... The dimensions are not as I need, but as convenient for them, they do not have the same fittings that I asked them to put on vertical cabinets (if you want to buy it yourself). Countertops are not made of stone.
The delivery is indicated on the same date, arrived in fact a week later.
Now the assembly is scheduled for tomorrow, and I can't find the ends, at what time and who... The manager doesn't care anymore, as I understand it

I do not advise ordering kitchens from them, they call and write to you every 2 hours before payment, and disappear after payment.
They don't have time for the assembly and blame you because you allegedly didn't respond to their message, although they write themselves at the end of the working day when the next day is already their day off.
After the measurement, new parts are added for an additional fee, which the previous manager did not even warn about, the only answer to the question is why, well, you did not ask yourself.
The assembly was postponed by as much as 8 days, and we specially took tickets for the day of assembly. Now you have to buy new ones, the old tickets were non-refundable, they don't care that you are working, they reply that these are your problems, you need to respond to their messages on time, and they respond to your messages with a delay of several days.
I really regret that I did not read the reviews here. I fell for Instagram. I ordered the kitchen on December 11, and they promised delivery on December 27. As a result, on January 20, it turns out that they do not have the facades that I ordered. Others suggested it. Now they are delaying delivery again, despite the fact that they charge that they produce and deliver very quickly. The logistics department doesn't get in touch, the manager apologizes and that's all. Complete disappointment already. It is still unknown what kind of cuisine they will bring. Think very carefully before ordering furniture from them!!!
