One of the best cuisines in Tashkent.
The chef worked at Birch in St. Petersburg and at Winesday in Tashkent.
There is no alcohol yet because it is a technical discovery.
The interior is for an amateur.
They cook very tasty, the atmosphere is super, the music is put under the target audience, which is not unimportant for creating an atmosphere. The prices are of course appropriate, but the quality is always worth the money. I recommend
The bottom is pierced. My colleague was brought a salad floating in vinegar, asked to redo it - they just poured vinegar. All the vegetables were soaked. It is impossible to eat this sour meat, they asked to exclude it from the bill. The manager came and said that they had a special Greek salad and everything was fine with it. But then why is there no mention of its "features" anywhere in the menu?
Half of the salad was excluded from the bill because the other "half" was eaten 😅
Well, that's just ridiculous. Why couldn't the salad be humanly redone? It's just cucumbers and tomatoes!
Caesar was delicious, but the attitude towards the guests in controversial issues was at the level of roadside eateries. You don't respect your guests.
