I really do NOT recommend contacting Vegas branded salons. The Company does NOT comply with either the Law on Consumer Protection or the Law on Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities. The quality of the product is disgusting.
Now I will specify the points:
1. Vegas salons have nothing to do with the product sold under the "Vegas" brand. This is a statement from the director of logistics (or deputy director – I don't remember exactly), who came to me to sort out the marriage. In my case, the contract for a Vegas mattress and a bed was concluded in the Vegas branded salon in Korona Dom, while LiderMatrasMarket LLC is listed as the seller. According to the statement of the above–mentioned representative of the company, LiderMatrasMarket LLC is just a trading organization that sells mattresses and beds. Thus, a buyer who wants to make a purchase in a Vegas branded salon is immediately misled, because LiderMatrasMarket LLC has nothing to do with Vegas LLC. At the same time, the salon does not work as a trading facility: it does not respond to the demands for replacement (return) of goods, but allegedly sends some letters to manufacturers of mattresses and beds that have nothing to do with me, because I do not have contractual relations with them. The law on consumer Protection for LiderMatrasMarket LLC is just a piece of paper that means nothing.
2. The contract for the mattress and bed was concluded on May 12, 2024 (with a partial prepayment). I received the product on July 23, 2024, paying the entire balance on the same day. So it took 2 months for the store to deliver the product. Upon delivery, it turned out that the color of the selected upholstery, neither in daylight nor in the evening, does not match the color that I saw in the cabin. I do not know which lamps are used in the cabin, but they significantly distort the colors. It is impossible to make the right choice of fabric color in the salon.
3. I ordered a 140 cm wide bed and a 140 cm wide mattress. The mattress supplied to me has a barrel shape, while the size of the mattress at the edges is 4 cm smaller than the size of the bed! In response to my claim about the size discrepancy, a representative of LiderMatrasMarket LLC stated that it was necessary to order a NON-STANDARD mattress size! The question of why a 140 cm mattress, also ordered in their salon, does not fit the 140 cm bed ordered in their salon, remained unanswered.
4. The bed is made (or assembled) crookedly. The base of the bed does not fit exactly on the stops, the "straight lines" of the bed indicated in the description are missing, because the geometry is broken and individual edges of the sidewalls protrude. The orthopedic base under the mattress is smaller than the niche for it. A representative of LiderMatrasMarket LLC stated that these were technological gaps, but he did not have data on clearance tolerances. The base of the bed at the headboard is almost a centimeter lower relative to the floor level than in the opposite part, as a result, the robot vacuum cleaner, having driven under the bed, then cannot get out from under it and simply beats inside against the sides of the bed.
5. The next day after delivery, I went to the salon to solve the problems peacefully. As a result, I wrote a claim. The first claim was with a request to eliminate the shortcomings. Since, apart from the promise that I would be contacted, there was no reaction, I wrote a second claim for the replacement of the product. After correspondence with the salon in Viber, two representatives of LiderMatrasMarket LLC finally came to me, measured the dimensions of the bed and mattress, wrote them down, agreed that there were deviations, but this was my fault, because I had to order a non–standard mattress size, and the height difference was due to the fact that my linoleum is being squeezed through....As a result, I drove to the salon, where I wrote a new application for a refund for the bed and for a mattress replacement. Two weeks have passed since then, but no refund or replacement of the product has occurred. I have not received any official answers to my demands.
Total conclusion: LiderMatrasMarket LLC and Vegas LLC do not care about both the consumer and the laws.
