I don't know who has a good choice there. since 2013 I have been visiting this store, but over the past 2 years it has become terrible...Chinese junk.. There are just zero brands... one adidas only.... and then not in the same quantity and quality.

I didn't find any shirts at discounted prices, 200+ dirhams is more expensive than in a regular H&M

Of the advantages, this is of course an excellent choice and convenient Parking at the entrance. Of the minuses, it is not very convenient to get on foot through the passage with a broken elevator.
