The level of service is about three stars. The territory is beautiful and well-maintained, but there is a contrast with the surroundings - on the right, on the left and from the street side, everything does not look so good. Parking on the territory is clearly small for the available number of rooms. There is no daily cleaning, it is done on the third day. The breakfast is quite varied, but the coffee maker and microwave compete for an outlet :). In July, the water in the lake on its own beach was blooming and had a not very pleasant smell. The same situation is on Braslav's main beach across the street. On other lakes (Strusto, Nepish ...) there is no flowering and swimming is much more pleasant. With all the disadvantages, this hotel is probably the best in Braslav.

The room is clean and tidy, linen and towels are changed after three days. The territory is large and well maintained. There are many benches and tables. Everything is available for families with children. The restaurant is not even bad, there is a long wait. The staff is friendly and courteous.

There are many resort-type cafes in Braslav, restobars, as a restaurant, in fact, only Braslav Lakes positions itself - and completely in vain. This level of service, dishes and their presentation has not been seen for a long time. We arrived in Braslav immediately from Grodno, the contrast is striking. The waiter comes without a menu, then still brings it, the vast majority of the dishes indicated there, according to the waiter, will be cooked for about an hour. Those that can cook faster would be better absent: dessert was served before salads, tiramisu was frozen straight, the cake crunched with ice cubes. I will not describe salads in detail, just imagine a salad in one of the St. Petersburg canteens, digestible is their maximum. I had to remind you about bringing napkins separately. The waiter did not guess about removing the empty plates from the table.

A clean, tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It stands right on the shore of the lake. There is an equipped beach where you can cook a barbecue and enjoy the view of the lake. Clean, well-maintained territory. Paid parking is only 15 rubles a day. Among the disadvantages, the shower drain did not work and there was no curtain. A clean room, fresh linen is provided.

The rooms are excellent, everything is clean, the territory is well maintained, there is a barbecue area. Separately, about the restaurant - dishes of Belarusian national cuisine prevail - everything is delicious and homely. The staff is friendly and friendly. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on the waiting time for dishes, but with such a load, it's expected. In other establishments, you had to wait much longer, even at fast food outlets. We will definitely come back again…

According to taste, there are no questions about food, but by weight ... in four dishes it is underweight (weighed with an employee), 2 salads with eggshells were brought. The bathhouse is good! The service is completely dependent on the shift. During the arrival, there was a very unpleasant lady who was not interested in anything except money, for the next two days, there were very pleasant and polite administrators. Unfortunately, the water in the lake, which was adjacent to our territory, was green, we did not dare to swim. We rented a boat outside the hotel. The room has no air conditioning, refrigerator, and even a door in the shower, the bathtub was floating ..., The overall impression is that the price and level do not correspond at all

This is the most decent hotel in Braslov! It is a very beautiful place, but the breakfasts are meager and every morning, for the 5 days that we were there, a sewage pumping machine arrived. One fine morning there was no water for half a day. But all the same, the impression of staying at this hotel is pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel also left only positive emotions. A beautiful place, many lakes around the city, there is a high point "Lighthouse" from where you can see all this splendor. But as for me, I would not declare any tourist highlight. There are plenty of equally beautiful lakes all over Belarus. Here, prices for everything are unreasonably high despite the lack of a little bit of tourist infrastructure.
The conclusion is that you definitely need to visit because the place is really very beautiful! But not during the vivabraslav (fierce thrash and a reference to the alcoholics). Rent a house if you are by car, then definitely outside the city or at camp sites, because in the center the prices, as I have already written, are too high for a place.

For 210 Belarusian rubles per day, you first expect to see at least a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. Then you think, come on, the owner just wants you to go to him for breakfast for 25 rubles per person for a buffet. Then you come to breakfast, and there are a couple of eggs and porridge. Disappointment again. Then you walk around Braslav, go somewhere, come to the room in the evening for 210 rubles a day, you just want to wash your T-shirt and underpants, but there is not even a heated towel rail in the bathroom, and this is the extreme point((

I rented two bungalows there in July 2021. The overall impressions are positive, IT is IMPORTANT: the photos show that the hotel is located on the shore of the lake, BUT you hardly want to swim there, the fact is that the lake is nature-protected, it is not cleaned, so the shore is covered in algae. You will go swimming on the sandy city beach located 2 kilometers from the hotel. About the hotel and the service- everything is fine, there is a restaurant, there are air conditioners, you can take a catamaran or boat ride on the lake, a good sauna with access to the lake (despite the algae after the steam room, it's best to plunge into the lake). There is a gorgeous barbecue area, free of charge. On-site parking is paid, but convenient, there is free parking in front. I recommend you to visit. The staff is friendly.

A good place to relax. But we didn't take advantage of all the opportunities. In fact, they only came to spend the night. We always chose other beaches and vacation options. But we booked it the day before arrival. In booking, this was the only option. The hot water disappeared at exactly 21.00. All the staff is polite. Parking is paid, but there is a large playground nearby with free parking. A baby cot was provided. We didn't promise in advance, but we did. In general, the rest was a success. I extended it for another day, fortunately my room turned out to be free for exactly another day.

It's something. We stopped by to have dinner with the family. They had no ice, no cold water, no Lime. When ordering any dish, there was a "small but...". The air conditioners do not work, there are cracks on the walls from the ceiling to the table. The tablecloth was stained. Another interesting fact is that sitting in a RESTAURANT you listen to the rumble of washing dishes from the kitchen and the gossip of the staff about customers from there. The payment from the card was also nuanced, apparently they wanted cash at the cash desk. The prices for the dishes are high. Serving dishes is at the level of a cheap cafe. Only the view of nature from the hotel courtyard and our fatigue from the road saved us from the request of the complaint book. Don't take the shrimp salad - it's terrible. We ask the management to respond to the comments, because Braslav is a wonderful picturesque place and you want the same pleasant service there. Especially from the restaurant. Thank you.

Everything is so neat around: houses, a beach, water. ... and God be with her with this pandemic, I always want to eat.
And that's when everything and everyone calls you to a place where you can combine a pleasant languor in all your loins with a glass of good wine and even a " low " kitchen... And you sit down at the table in anticipation of tasting local dishes... as a very "friendly voice" of a waitress cut off from her business, and this is for a moment the same as a hanger in the theater (everything is nice with her), it just stuns you: to the question "How long are the dishes being prepared?" - he replies that he won't have to wait for anything.... I would like to be happy here, drawing pictures in my head, as the fuss begins at the food hall, apparently with four hands.. Oh-oh-oh-oh.. Apparently due to the lack of visitors, oh-oh-oh-oh, all attention to you... And you no longer regret that you still insisted on the "Braslav Ear", that it was still a fish town, it still smelled of this useful product.. And after a couple of minutes they bring you a bowl for washing your fingers, a cool one, and then you begin to realize that something is wrong here... And you don't dip your hand in time... Instead of a rich liquid, with pieces of fish and other suitable ingredients pressed closely together, as in a righteous battle, I swear, quite clear water was served with four pieces of potatoes, three mugs of carrots and three modest, pale, like lyceum students tortured by study... balls of fish meatballs.. The broth was rich... on the cubes of "Galina Blanca". I could have described everything that was brought for a long time..If anyone wants to continue in colors.. But still: the half-eaten pancakes from the evening were warmed up in a hurry, the refrigerator just blushed from such an attitude with rare pieces of vegetables, the steamed vegetables drove from Hawaii for a long time to have time to defrost a hundred times, basmati suffered the same fate of the unfortunate, and a glass of French wine reminded.. He didn't remind me of anything, I just can't remember drinking or thinking about whether the owner of this place knows that his staff is simply not professional, and apparently there is no cook at all.. Everything is simply heated up with semi-finished products.. It's very beautiful around, and if there was a good table, people would come here, not forever, this epidemic.. But such disrespect may remain forever, and maybe an invisible deception of both the employer and people. By the way, the borscht was still cooked the day before and no worse than in kindergarten.. So there is hope....
