The hotel is beautifully located. Very beautiful territory, lake shore. The breakfast buffet was quite modest, but everything was there. We lived in houses, small balconies, the room was clean and comfortable. There were not enough slippers and bathrobes. The staff is friendly.

The place has deteriorated extremely! Very expensive, really very expensive and any season. Previously, it was possible to afford and receive an average level of service. BUT! Now everything is terrible. Starting from what you order, you have to wait until one of the most expensive accommodation options is removed - a chalet. Further, parking in the courtyard is not at all clear according to what rules the distribution goes. Also, in the Chalet, although there is a view of the water and a good design, but the smell is terrible, not a single thing was removed in two nights, even the sand was not swept from the tiles, some kind of clog in the shower, the water does not go away, some kind of non-standard sheet on a large bed, which all the time jinxes from the mattress, a mirror the bathroom is half-wiped, and there are a lot of other joints in the room. Especially the smell!!
If you used to come and get breakfast of one of the 3 types to choose from, now there is a hard empty buffet, which is difficult to call Swedish at all. This summer, for the same money, I was at the Goodzone club, the Greenwood Chalet, but in this Braslav lake Houtel.... - just the most terrible service and breakfast! It couldn't be worse.
Yes, according to the location of the fire hotel, its lake is constantly blooming green. And there is clearly something to see in Braslav, where to ride bicycles... But obviously I will go to this hotel again in the future. And so, once a year I've been for a few days for the last 4 years

We planned to relax on the Braslav lakes together. We started looking for a place to rest for 2-3 days. The problems started at this stage. Of all that the Internet offers, this is the best. We arrive at the hotel. We're checking in. And then it started .....
The room is stuffy, there is a musty smell, lighting is only from a few lamps, which is actually not enough when it is dark outside the window. The grid on the windows generally hangs on my word of honor. In the shower, it is generally interesting to do: the red dot on the faucet is cold water, the blue one is hot. There is no shelf for soap, you have to put a piece on the faucet itself.
What about the territory: it's really nice, access to the lake from its pier, you can go fishing, there are shizlong, hammocks, a playground, as well as a place for outdoor games.
We rented room 215, which faces the street. The view is certainly so-so, but we only planned to sleep in the room, so it doesn't really matter to us. We checked in, left for the day, returned in the evening and immediately went to the restaurant. The waiter is a very nice girl and you can see that she is trying, but this is the level of the cafe. The kitchen is something of a dining room level. Simply put, I can't call it a restaurant, so if you want to eat, go to the cafe "on the edge", it's really good there.
After the restaurant, we returned to the room. I have a phobia, a real fear of these spiders. We went up the common stairs, and there was a huge spider web with many large and small insects. We go into the room, and there they are stuck in all corners. Each of them is in size +-3-5 See My husband started cleaning them, and new ones are coming out. I took off 8 pieces at a time and there are still a lot left. We decided not to even stay there and immediately leave without even spending the night. In general, it's scary. Those for whom it's not a problem-it's worth it. And for the future, it is better to rent a small house and spend time there for joy and pleasure, the amount will be, perhaps even less, and the emotions will be more positive.

On the territory itself there is a lawn, paths, a footstool, hammocks, beautifully clean. In addition to the main building of the hotel, there are not so many bungalows with their own terrace. Our room was in the main building, so we'll talk about it. The room itself is a good size, the double bed consists of two single beds, although it did not cause much discomfort, they usually disperse and you wake up between two mattresses, there was no such thing, a good shower, the main issue, because of which the rating is lowered, is a stuffy room, which does not even have a fan, and when you open it You can see the road from the window, which makes a lot of noise. There is also a restaurant in otlele, he left ambivalent feelings, like nothing bad can be said, but somehow it is cooked without a soul, it is expensive and the side dish is not served with the main dish, it is necessary to order carefully. In any case, there is a shop across the street, and parking is free next to the mine, it is paid on site, there is no special point in it, since the gates are almost always open. In conclusion, I would like to note the very good staff, always ready to help, tell and show the routes of interest on the map, well done, thank you, it remains to fix the issue with stuffiness in the rooms!

We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. This is one of the worst hotels, in terms of regular service, that I have been to all the time. Despite the fact that the cost of living is much higher than the average. The staff is polite, but this does not correct the DISADVANTAGES that were.
It all started with the settlement:
I opened the bedside table, and there is moldy bread, some disposable dishes, apparently from previous residents.
The "Bungalow 301" does not catch Wi-Fi, go outside - it does, go inside - no.
"Room cleaning" is a convention, they take out the trash, bring shampoo / shower gel, towels should be changed, but they did not change, I had to call the administrator every day, in other hotels they put things in order in the room, not here.
The fact that the sheet barely covers the mattress, I'm generally silent.
If you have arachnophobia, then it's better not to come to this hotel in the summer, there was a "Spider-man" in the bathroom in every corner, everything on the territory is also covered in cobwebs.
Parking on site should be free (judging by the "service log"), in fact the administrator said that the service is paid.
The waiters in the restaurant are not in a hurry, which is puzzling.
If you sit down in a restaurant on the street in the evening, you need to be prepared for the fact that nothing is visible, there is no lighting, a banal candle would be enough, but even this is not there.
The lake, which can be accessed from the hotel, was blooming, so I can not evaluate it, I can say that at the same time another lake, on which the central beach of the city is located, was in perfect order ...
On the territory of the hotel you can rent a catamaran for a walk on the lake, but they are in such a depressing form that there is no desire It was.
All the shoals of service are explained by a large number of vacationers... However, in Minsk and Gomel, this does not bother anyone, and the service corresponds to the level of payment.
The only thing that can be noted as a PLUS is the breakfasts, very tasty, quite varied, yes, no frills, but very good.
So we will definitely never come to this hotel again, and I will NOT recommend it to all my friends.

What I didn't like. We came across a room with a broken shower stall. They said at the reception - the strange reaction surprised me. We were offered to fix the fallen cabin door ourselves… The food in the restaurant is not very to my taste. The prices are high for such food.
